Ordered chicken sliders from here, and when I bit into them, it was like biting into raw fish. When I contacted customer service, no resolution was given. Spent $40 on an order just for the food not to be edible. If I could give them zero stars I would. .

I can't really grade their food or their service because well they were supposed to be open until midnight and looked us dead in our face went inside and turned off the lights at 11 p.m. They then went to the parking and smoked cigarettes while we were still just sitting there. Here's a tip, if you don't like working your customer service job, find a new one. Don't make the people who are trying to order food at the establishment you are employed at suffer due to your short comings.

Kinda overpriced these days for fast food that don't differ from most other places it's better than McDonald's but to me they are all the same but I literally could go eat at a restaurant and pau same amount for 2 people think the food should be better for the price they charge now and then asking for tips to bring out order when literally that's the only way to recieve your order and these carhops are paid min. Wage plus tips so they're making good money to walk maybe 3 feet with food

Disappointing af, had to repeat the order 7 times and they still don't get it right. On top of that, the one thing I went for they were out of...should have just drove away right then, but no, instead waited almost 15min at the window. Waste of money.

I recently had a change of heart about this place and would tell all my followers to stay away. The Manager Daphne had me wait at Drive through for 6min before finally responding rudely to say: "can you wait I'm doing something" and proceeded to take longer till I had to drive to window for a response. She directly wouldn't give me her name. I will further try to reach the company. What a shame
