I online ordered a jalapeño popper chicken burger, no bun, and added a piece of cheddar for $0.99 (Saturday March 23, 2024, 7:37pm). When we picked it up and I saw my burger with no cheese on it, I actually asked the girls and they said they put it inside. Okay. I get home, and that's ALL that's inside. No cream cheese, zero jalapeños. I don't understand it. I would've ordered a "build your own" if that's what I wanted? Now I know, if I ever go back, to not add anything. I live in San Tan Valley, and my husband and I went a bit further than we usually do for date night, but I'm a bit irritated that a simple request, that I paid additional for, was screwed up so badly.

Pros:1) Employees are nice.2) The establishment is clean.3) The fries are good.4) They have raspberry iced tea.Cons:1) Not sure if this place is hyped up, however, the burger has zero flavor.2) The mac and cheese was boxed Not homemade, and tasteless.3) Their sauce (in my opinion) is not good. It has a tangy/spicy/mayo off-taste. It is flavorless for the most part and the "flavor" in it is not good. In-n-Out has good spread and their burgers are way better.4) Expensive.If you want to try this place, go ahead. Don't let my personal opinion sway your decision. Especially when we all have different taste buds.

In Phx for a concert and needed to eat after a couple hour drive and before napping. We found this place on Yelp (where I go for everything) and I am happy with our choice. Anyone who knows me can attest to my obsession with clean restrooms in a restaurant and I checked them out here right away. The whole plane is clean, the kitchen on full view of customers appears spotless and the staff is friendly. We got the Reuben and Jalapeño Popper with sweet potatoes fries on brioche buns. They were delicious with lots of stuffing and 6 oz of meat which does seem light for the amount of stuffing. The SP fries were ok not crispy but hot. This is worth a try if you're in Mesa and hungry.

The food was absolutely top notch. The service was the best I've had in years. The price of everything was on par with someone like jack in the box. I had the macaroni and cheese stuffed burger. Best burger I've ever had. The shop has plenty of seating and is very comfortable. Wish I could give 10 stars. I would.

I had a pastrami stuffed hamburger wrapped in lettuce because I had to save my calories - hahahaha!
