Horrid service I left because they were taking damn near 3 eons to say hello. Worst subway in the history of all. Although I was not a fan of this subway I am still very fond of all of the subways around the world. One bad subway does not mean they are all bad.

I ordered online, I got a very sloppy footlong Tuna with a long black hair in the middle. I went in to get it remade, I didn't get greeted when walking in, I didn't get an apology for the mistake made or a word when leaving. Even though I was upset, I still was kind and well mannered. At the very least, I expected the same in return. The only words spoken to me were that it was door dashs' fault for my missing bag of chips. Was not offered my chips or again, an apology.

Walked into Subway yesterday, was shocked to see how dirty the store looked. Tables were not clean, floors hadn't been swept. I was waiting in line to order and heard the music the young man and young girl, (looked like new employees) working had playing, very explicit. Foul language, they must have had Bluetooth going. Kept running to the phone to skip to songs in the middle of sandwich making. Very unprofessional. I felt they were distracted during the people ahead orders. I did not stay.

Restaurant was super dirty. Crumbs on the counter on the customer side. Greasy fingerprints on the glass where customers tap on it to let the employee know what they want on their subs. I felt a little uncomfortable after I left knowing that the cleanliness of the restaurant was maybe a 1 out of 10. Also the employee who made my sub was not friendly at all. I tried to strike up a conversation with him and he totally ignored me. Will not go back to that store again.

I Love Subway sandwiches even better now since they went to making them fresh in front of you.Vegetarian options: It's on the menu.Dietary restrictions: Every sandwich they have on the menu has a calorie count for the basic label sandwich.Parking: I've never had a problem finding a space to park when I go to any of the Subways.

Wth is this!!?? So sick of paying for sh*t and you don't get what you pay for! These places continue to rip people off and it's getting ridiculous, I'm done supporting this bullsh*t...I will never be back.

Subway is not the same like a few years ago. Now is expensive, small and not very tasty.That’s why I prefer the QTrip subway. Which is better price, taste and variety.So, Subway, put hands on.

I got an email for a "bogo" that couldn't be used in store. I would think that subway would have allowed us to use it there since we made the trip.

After discussing with the male employee options of subs with bacon I ordered a Cali sub without avocado. I presented my coupon for a footlong sub for $6.99. The female employee said my total was $9.74 .I was surprised and asked why it wasn't for $6.99 she said I had to pay more for the fresh mozzarella and I said if I got the avocado on the side would it be $6.99 for that sub I ordered. She said I was giving her an attitude and that I had a problem with her. I told her I had a problem with the total being $9.74 she said I had to pay more for fresh mozzarella and that I couldn't use the coupon anyway. The Cali sub comes with turkey,bacon,fresh mozzarella and avocado. I went to a different subway today and got my sub the way I wanted it with my coupon,and no bad attitude from the employees.Parking: 2 or 3 close spots.

As for the low stars choice food: quality is good quantity is not. I have been to many subways and never have an issue with the amount of toppings. This place is very stingy on what they are willing to give but will charge you the same of other stores. Service: Called the manager to complain about the sandwich meal I paid 25 dollars for andher only offer was that she would have me drive down there to get a little pack of olives but cannot just give the extra when asked to while at the store. Rude because not only that but I told her I didn't get the receipt and she said she asked but couldn't tell me if my wife said yes or no. Ps: she did not give a receipt. Atmosphere: the customer service here is not off the bat rude but not friendly or inviting and the fact that they are unwilling to actually give extra when some items are even paid extra for is not worth the service. All together you want a good sandwich go to any other subway because you get what you pay for everywhere else but this location.
