So I have been to this location a few times now for lunch and usually go after the rush.Every time I have come here, there is nobody out in front. They are always in the back kitchen, and you are left to stand there 5 min or more waiting just to order.I also want to mention that you are also treated as if you are in the wrong all the time. For instance, I once tried using the app to claim an item or tried using a coupon, and it was such an inconvenience for them and you're basically getting scolded for trying to use anything at this location.At first, you might think this is a subway issue, but it's not. It is how the employees and better yet the manager respond to the situation.Never have I had a good experience here.

Ordered via Uber Eats. They ran out of ingredients for my order. Then would not simply make something else because of a potential cost difference of $1. Made me cancel my order which was a whole deal with Uber. The hell with this place…

Worst experience ever at 240 fiesta location inside at Walmart. I just wanted soup but not ready to check out yet because I was trying to pull up my app. With some disabilities and hearing impaired as a customer I didn't mean to snap but your manger and team member didn't hear me . But she tossed my soup behind her and said we don't have soup anymore. I apologize and admit that I accidentally snapped she said she wasn't rude with was a lie. Said another customer laughed at me. I just need a little more time. I said go ahead and help other Custer's don't rush me. Please. I left in tears and still tipped them $5 but the assumption I wasn't going to pay. I'm a congested heart failure and I wasn't treated like a human but a monster and felt humiliation and I had to apologize to get my soup. It's all on your camera I will not be going there only when those two are working and they didn't ever apologize and then proceed to talk about me after I left.

Its 7:23 and the attendant is hidint behind the kitchen. Maps show its open and this is the third time I come for food and shows as open but its closed.

Asked for light sauce on our sandwich! What we got was a ton of sauce! Literally, what would a lot of sauce be? While eating our sandwich, the sauce was dripping! Gross I guess maybe she didn't understand English!

I'm giving this because of the delivery person. Well over an hour. Supposedly was at store in 15 min. After that kept getting updates about arrival. 10 min...10 min....12 min...ridiculous doesn't take over an hour to make a cold sub and drive it 1 mile. I would suggest door dash get a new driver. Seems she was just hanging in the parking lot on her phone.

Had to tell her at lest 3 times for each item I wanted on my sandwich. Then I told her I wanted a combo and she asked me what size drink I wanted. Finished paying and grabbed my chips. To have another employee treat me as if I was stealing chips. Will never go to this location again.

The store don’t accept any coupon due to food shortages. So if you have any coupons, this is not a place to visit.

I went in ordered a steak and cheese 12 inch sub the India guy working there just as he started to put it in the microwave he started coughing .. no mask didn't cover his mouth and I left ... who does that ? or who allows there employees around food while they are sick. And no mask. I'll never eat there after watching that take place. Who would ?

Depending on how Subway reacts to everything I sent them it might go up a star. The employee was rude. Attitude. Wouldn't make the sandwich how I wanted it to be made. The sandwich ended up being gross and I am pretty sure the egg and meat were bad but my sugar was crashing I needed something. So I went back after to get a pretzel and stood there for 5 minutes and she never said anything to me there was zero people in there. She wouldn't even look at us. She needs to be retrained and more professional. If that doesn't work she needs to be fired.

Thank you to the 2 ladies that work around lunch time are always nice great customer service. I always feel welcomed. I've never had a problem with my food. Comes out great each time. This is my go to subway.
