First time trying Tea Snow. Staff were friendly and everything was extremely clean. I got a passion fruit green tea with boba. It was not too sweet and refreshing. We also got a lychee smoothie with Boba. Wheel chair accessible and easy to find. Over wonderful place will try again.

ATTENTIION EVERYONE!!!!! My family just came in here and Togo order over $120 worth of boba not knowing there's a Gratuity charge or 15%. I ask the owner where is the policy for this and it was no where to be found. I felt very disappointed and robbed at this point. He said it was their new policy with no signs! What kind of policy is that? Beware everyone! They stated that there will be a 15% automatic gratuity anything over $50! I never seen any type of business do this besides dine in and services at local restaurant which is understandable. They must be doing real bad and trying to up keep up with there employees. Good luck you and whoever that order here. Make sure to check your receipt!
Tea Snow in Arizona was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. I ordered the mango coconut and it was delicious! The prices were a bit more than others but the flavor was good and so were the popping boba and jelly. They're located in the Asian plaza. Ambiance was modern. Lots of other places inside the plaza. Wish we had more time to explore. If you're in the area, definitely stop by. I don't know what is going on with photos but it won't let me post pics.
