My experience at this place was amazing. All the staff was beyond nice. I have to say Ellen Bonita the lady working the register made us feel so welcome almost at home. The food is pretty much home made. Will stay at this hotel again because of the personal attention by the staff!

Great food here despite the limited menu. My favorites are the wings and the grilled cheese with tomato soup. Great service as well.

I enjoyed my stay here. A top notch Courtyard with comfortable rooms and good service. The bar and bar tender were excellent and the front desk staff very helpful and accommodating. I watched the Manager do an excellent job of de-escalating an angry exchange with an irate customer. He could not have done a better job, especially since the customer would not stop and carried on his grievance for the better of :30 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights in late February. I am a frequent Marriott guest. There must have been a sports team in the hotel as youth were very noisy in the halls until about 2:30 am. On top of that, the hotel music on the patio woke us up at 7am. The lighting in the rooms was dim; tough for older people like us. The carpets needed cleaning; when I got in the tub having walked around the room in bare feet, the dirt was telling. The receptionist was great and did a great job of introducing us to the facility; but we probably will choose another Marriott rather than come back to this one.

Not a great experience. Room was dark and walls were dirty. Room was as far away from front desk as possible and literally next to an isolated back door- felt unsafe. Our room was never cleaned for the 4 days we were there which resulted in the one tiny garbage overflowing. Staff was not particularly friendly. Overall a disappointing stay.

One of the better Courtyards I've stayed in lately. Room was large, staff was friendly and grounds were very nice. The Bistro had a good breakfast for not too ridiculous prices, but they did shut down at 10AM on a weekend, so that was less than ideal. It also closed earlier than advertised the night we arrived, but it was the night before New Years Eve. For a short stay, I'd completely recommend.

On March the 2nd, we made a reservation to stay one night at the Marriott Bonvoy in Mesa, Arizona. After having driven 3 and a half hours, including some rush hour traffic, we arrived at the hotel. We told the clerk our name and he became agitated and looked upset. He scurried away to the back. He returned with the manager who handed us a piece of paper that you can see on this post. He explained that they had unfortunately overbooked and we were out. No room for the night. He said they made us a reservation at a 'sister' property and it would be free. We balked. We said we wanted a hotel closer to our destination, not 5 miles further away. The manager refused to call the hotel we chose, refused to pay for the nights lodging. We received 3 emails from the Marriott from March 2nd to the 24th showing we did indeed have a reservation. The General Manager of the Marriott sent an email at 2:46 pm. 14 minutes prior to check in. As I was driving for hours I didn't know about the email, nor would it have mattered when she sent it minutes before check in. I have sent an email to the General Manager of the hotel explaining our experience that she caused. I will also be talking with the Marriott corporate customer relations to make sure the incompetence, sad customer service and lack of business acumen is brought to their attention. Why book with a hotel that doesn't HOLD your room?

I was there 3/3 - 3/8. The front desk clerk, Tanisha (I think that's her name) was very pleasant. I was having a hard time getting my door to open and she came with me to the room and made sure it opened properly. Each morning I had breakfast in the Bistro where Lani was extremely friendly. She remembered what I liked for breakfast each morning. That's a personal touch. The food was very good. Azaia, (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) with housekeeping was very personable and attentive to the needs for making my room clean and fully stocked with towels, coffee and miscellaneous items. I would recommend this property if you're staying in Mesa.

I was stranded in the area due to Southwest Airlines cancelling my flight from Phoenix last weekend and was able to get a flight on Allegiant but spent the night at this hotel overnight. The service and tremendous help from Ruth at the front desk is to commended!! The hotel was very clean and I enjoyed Starbucks in the lobby, a plus!! I would highly recommend!!

Stayed for 3 nights. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Check in was smooth. Nice to have a hideabed in the living room, but wished the light switches were built inside the bathroom, rather than outside. Having a child sleeping on the hideabed, the light becomes bright when using the restroom. Overall, it's a little compliant. Beds are comfortable and televisions are massive.

This Marriott hotel had the most comfortable beds. I have been in AZ for almost a week and stayed at four different hotels and this one had the most comfortable beds. It was like a bit of heaven to have a comfortable bed. The staff was wonderful, helpful and very nice. I had breakfast in the morning, Eggs my Way, and everything was great. I was not expecting it to be that good, but it really was.

Had a king suite. This location is actually close to a ton of highly rated restaurants (5 minute drive). $5 for parking each night. Communication through the Marriott chat app was very responsive. Overall, no complaints!

Stayed for 5 nights. Clean room with only one trash can. Requested daily room cleaning. They do not provide body lotion unless we asked them. Room came without a microwave but we requested for one for our room. Great service. Near to major restaurants.

Good Starbucks coffee and basic breakfast items but were very good. Staff is very friendly too. Everyone was wearing masks
