This place is legit. There’s usually a little bit of a wait but they make everything fresh. Breakfast burritos are insane. Definitely would recommend

The best tacos and quesadilla I've ever had... HUGE!!! The tortillas are all made fresh, and the pastor, asada, and steak were top-notch. Also, someone else ordered the Huarache, and it's on the list to try next time. Looked amazing !!

I’m a Mexican food fanatic! Use to work nearby… came here often! When I did, I was the only gringo. Old building…. nothing fancy… kind of a dive… just my kind of place! Family owned with a menu that caters to a Mexican not a gringo. Again, just my kind and of place! I had 3 Rolled Tacos w/ fixings plus 4-Mini Tacos… 2-Pastor and 2-Cabeza. The Rolled Tacos were no good. Tortillas were over cooked & dry. I shouldn’t have ordered them… my bad. However, the Mini-Tacos were outstanding! Sounds like I’m unhappy? Not true… I’ll be back and just won’t get the Rolled Tacos.

They're red chili hot sauce is amazing!I can tell you it is better than both places across the street and also I would never order anything but baked goods from the bakery down the street because they're burritos are terrible!Parking: Location has a drive-thru!

The food was amazing! So much I couldn’t even finish it all. I only give 4 and not 5 stars because my wait time was 20 minutes! I’d still go back, but I’d make sure I had the time?
This place is a hidden gem! Insanely delicious and an authentic homemade Mexican food in the Mesa area. The tortillas and many other items are made from scratch. We tried the carne asada quesadilla and the Mexicana torta. Highly recommend both!

The staff was friendly. The salsa was a bit runny. Don’t get me wrong, the food, horchata and even the salsa was tasty.

I don't normally gamble on Mexican restaurants but I figured that it had to be decent because in order to survive in a predominantly, Hispanic, part of Mesa you better be putting out some thing reasonably priced and authentic. I ordered the Tripas and chicherones burritos, and they were $22 out the door and pretty amazing. I'm a sworn patron to Taqueria Mi Casita in chandler but now I'm cheating on them with Tortas Sinai (shhhhh, don't tell them ) the only way I knew how to do this review on Yelp was I happened to see a charge on my Chase bank statement and it told me the name of the restaurant since there's no signage on the outside of the building. Says a lot about a hole in the wall, they don't need to advertise
