Horrible experience never again! The main baker is so rude. Too bad I can’t do a negative 1

I go here sometimes because it's close, but their selection keeps getting worse (ice cream, gluten free pizza, meats have all stood out to me). Service is also brutal most of the time. Fry's is a step up and Albertsons a step up from Fry's.

This particular location has Always been Well stocked, and Extremely Clean. ( Especially, the restrooms. ) Store Manager Genuinely Cares, and You Most often will find him, on the floor assisting his employees, in Most departments. Not hiding in his office. Impressive. I Especially was impressed with Cathy ( Over in the bakery. ) She seemed Extremely knowledgeable & when I told her, I didn't have an oven big enough, to bake the Many pizza's needed for my Sons birthday Party. ( As I live in a small apartment. ) She offered to bake them, in the Huge Oven there. Very Sweet & Very helpful.

Worst experience I've ever had. Michael and Daniel were not helpful what so ever. I went into this location in hopes to find a xbox, and they did everything in their power to not sell me one. Even when they told me that there was a truck that had delivered them that day at 2pm and i arrived at the store at 8pm. I was turned away because they said walmart policy was to sell them next day after they were accounted for in the system. Wont go into too much more detail considering I've already made a formal complaint with corporate, however i wanted more people to know that this is going on at this particular walmart for sure and could be happening more around the company. Managers are hoarding consoles for personal consumption so if you're looking to purchase a PS5/Xbox from walmart look else where, based on these two walmart employees actions today it's clear only employees will have a fair shot at purchase.

Note to employees. If the time posted online shows that the store is open till 12 then they need to hold to it. It was five minutes before closing and they literally would not let me walk in to purchase one item that I needed immediately. It would have taken me 2 minutes MAX. Very ticked off.

I used pickup, which is as always convenient. I can only comment on the pickup experience. I used Waze for navigation, and even so had to "circle the block" twice before I found this place! There isn't a lot sign on the street or the building, which made navigation a bit strange. Other than that, pickup went great. The 3 stars is only because I couldn't find the dang place!

Associate Misty, went far and beyond in helping me. I am Disabled and I park in front of the store. In July I dropped a 2-liter of soda that went under my car. I looked and nobody was around. Ten seconds later Misty came out got on her knees on the hot asphalt and retrieved the soda. She even asked if I want it replaced. She was in the store and so happened to look out and saw what happened. Thank you kind Misty. Not too many of your kind around.

Always clean, super nice employees and never crowds. This is my go to stop. Yesterday? Live music! Employees from the store. Amazing and fun!

Broken carts! What is up with the child straps in the carts? Theres either only one strap, or none. I had to hold my 1 year old through our shopping trip because I could not safely put her in the cart. I'm genuinely curious what would happen if someone's child topples out of the child seat in the cart because no one cared enough to fix the restraint belts in the carts for their customers children. This has been an ongoing issue and I know employees have made comments about it only to get ignored, so I'll be filing a complaint with corporate as well until I see this fixed. Fine store, mediocre customer service but that's to be expected at a Walmart, just fix the carts please so families can safely shop with small children? I dont understand how this is even lawful to have broken child restraints on actively used carts anywhere?

This Walmart has always had pretty much everything I need and it's like 2 seconds from my house. But they need new carts af. I had to grab three different carts until I found one good enough. THREE CARTS. Mostly a pretty good Walmart tho.

Grew up at this walmart and have always loved it but got home tonight and realized the cashier didn't give me my pork roast! ): hopefully it won't be a problem getting it tomorrow!

I like this store. Good prices and overall friendly people. SHOUT OUT TO BRENDA! Last night I visited and was checking out through self checkout and Brenda was working the self checkout area. She was not just standing behind the counter as most do. She was walking around, interacting with people, opening the bags to make it easier to bag. Just plain going above and beyond. I use self checkout wherever I go and I have never experienced someone so helpful. I was feeling under the weather, so my items consisted of soup, crackers, Gatorade, and medicine. Oh and cat food lol. I'm not sure if she noticed this, or this is just how she always operates, but she even put my bags back into my cart for me as I was paying! Simply above and beyond! Brenda alone helped cheer up my evening!
