My usual place closed so went here for the first time. My cart had a mind of it's own. Would be nice if they'd leave a cleaning cloth by the spouts so you could wipe down your messes. Bright spot-- not only do they have Thrifty ice cream, they had my favorite flavor Chocolate Malted Crunch! So I had a double scoop. Otherwise place is clean. Person behind the counter barely said a word to me so don't know if it's a language barrier or what. I will go back.
This is a lovely, local business. Its family run which I like, and the water is good. They have always been polite to me, but then I'm polite to them too. The provide carts to load and unload your water jugs too, and sell icecream too!

They have the best shaved ice around. It's SHAVED ice, like smoothly shaved and broken down, very pleasant to eat. The lady is always pretty nice, very quiet but always polite. I started coming here to fill my water jugs, they have many faucets so I finish quickly, even if there is a line.
