The quality of food here was not too bad. the frosty coffee was not overly sweet which was nice and the pickles were not soggy and I liked how the veggies were decently fresh in the burger. Last time I stopped by, the fries were also nice and crispy. The drive-thru though just gets a bit congested and very slow- even though not many cars- so it's a bit of a longer wait at this location.Wheelchair accessibility: In terms of accessibility, the locations has accessible parking and ramps.

This is hands down the best Wendy's I've been to in awhile. My baconator fries had so much bacon and cheese it was delicious. Everything was hot and fresh.

Prob the worst Wendy’s in our area. I refuse to eat here as they aren’t as good as the other Wendy’s. The food just isn’t the same here.

Went through the drive through and ordered 2 biggie bags. It comes with fries, jr bacon cheeseburger, 4 chicken nuggets and a drink. While the lady at the window was very nice the food was barely lukewarm. It was noon so you would expect better. Was very disappointed!

I went through the drive thru and when I got home my order was incorrect. So I proceeded to call and explain to them that my order was incorrect. While talking to the GM Heather she was way nice telling me they will fix it and replace the whole order and that inbound come back now or at my convenience. Then she asked for my info and I told her that I was the mom of one of the workers. Her whole attitude changed. She then said there was nothing she could do and I then stated a fact that while my daughter was working drive thru and taking orders I saw her and the other manager Steven standing around talking, mind you there were about 5 other cars behind in the drive thru. Apparently, me calling her put for standing around pushed a button because she then got an attitude and was like we can't help you. Then I asked her name and she said " I'm not gonna give it" then HUNG UP ON ME! . She then proceeded to call my daughter in the office after I called and sent her home early. This Wendys is not managed correctly. I am a paying customer regardless if my kid works there. I continued to call back after she hung up on me and she would answer the phone and hang up on me. I'm very disappointed in the way they treated me and the way they treated my daughter after my call.

I usually don't have issues at this location but I did see new faces working.. The drive thru lady had no customer service skills usually a nice hello then total amountn handed food out the window faster than I got my card back.. Not sure how long the food had been sitting before handing to me.. Most of the fries were so hard couldn't eat it and the ones that were a little more edible were still pretty hard but could take a bite with a major crunch with each one.. Could hardly eat any of them because my teeth and gums started to hurt.. The hamburger tasted old like it had been sitting for a while as well.. Not hot or fresh at all.. How sad.. Probably won't go to this location again.. I don't usually post bad reviews unless I have been to a place a few times and keep messing up. So this isn't the first time at this location where there are mess ups.. Sometimes if ordering for whole family they have forgotten some food and what not so to prevent me from getting all the way home I try to check before I pull away from the drive thru window.. Something needs to change with this location...

For a Wendy's this place was way above the norm. Food was super fast, the employees were kind to me and my three annoying boys, and the whole place was immaculately clean. Very surprised to find such a nice experience getting fast food.
