My wife ordered online as I was leaving work to pick up on my way home. As I was on the highway 1 mile from the exit, all lanes came to a standstill for 45 minutes. Went into the store 50 minutes after the food was ordered and they agreed to remake the food. Thank you to everyone working on 3/8/24. You had no business reason to accommodate my request as you did nothing wrong. However you showed that customer service is still alive and well!

Very bad serviceTuesday 23 feb at 8:00pm (approximately) The staff provided very poor service. The cashier told me to wait 3 minutes for my food, but I waited 30 minutes and the food still didn't arrive. And while waiting, she looked at me. See me sitting and waiting all the time So I walked over and asked. So she went to get some food on the shelf. which was finished long ago But she didn't tell me and she saw me waiting for food all the time. But she doesn't care and doesn't care, doesn't have any apologies. I wanted to tell her that I came to work. Come earn money to take care of your family like you. Our time has the same value. If she's wasting people's time on purpose, she shouldn't be doing it.

I walked in to your establishment 45 minutes before closing and the blonde worker said we arent taking walk in orders. 45 minutes before you closed you should still be available to the public, there is no reason cleaning should take an hour unless your workers are incompetent. I will be reaching out the the BBB regarding this issue and hope they do something about your business. Also, who wants to spend 15 dollars on a 8 piece wing combo. Thats absolutely ridiculous and the way i was treated, it seems 15 dollars would have gotten me alot more at a massage parlor.

the girl who took my order was rude, said hello to her and she just stared at me for a few seconds. took that as "okay i guess i'll order" and started to tell her my order and she then interrupts me to ask for a name. she told me my 8 piece garlic parmesan bone in wings and a regular fry (to-go) would be about an 18 minute wait. i ended up waiting about 40ish minutes for my 8 piece garlic parmesan and regular fry (to-go). only after i moved to the bench by the door to stare at them (about 35 minutes after i placed my order) did they get started on my order. people who came in after me got their food before i did. the lobby was mostly empty btw, maybe 5 people in the lobby (at the most) at all times and there were maybe 3-5 pickup orders that came in while i was waiting on my to-go order. no one there looked like they knew what they were doing, mostly everyone was just standing there talking and laughing. one of the cooks (he had a chef-like jacket on) stood there and watched the staff make the food with his hand down his shirt. eventually i could see half of the shorts he had under his jeans? it's not only this wingstop i seem to have a bad experience at, every wingstop i've been to in the mesa/gilbert area i've had an experience similar to this. bunch of teenaged/early 20s individuals with shitty attitudes. do better and learn some manners. as far as the food goes, it was fine. food was hot but the fries were soggy and most of them didn't have seasoning on them. the sweet tea tasted like it was made last week.

Everything was GREAT!!.... ESPECIALLY the Cajun corn, OMG!!.... Sorry no pics, maybe next time?!.. The staff was AMAZING!.. They did EVERYTHING with a smile, and brought your food directly to you.. The ONLY issue I had was the prices!... They are a bit pricy, in my opinion, for no reason.. Will def go back for the corn..

I recently gave Wingstop a second chance, but I was beyond disappointed. We called ahead to make sure we wouldn't wait long, but it still took a ridiculously long time. The ranch was improperly packaged which led to the bottom of the bag ripping and spilling the ranch all over me. The fries were cold and overall just not good. I will definitely NOT be coming back. I'm not even angry at them, I'm disappointed.

Called an order in prior to the restaurant opening. Paid for order. Wanted food by 12:00 PM. The time now is 12:12 PM and I still do not haven't order.This is unacceptmtable. Will not be back at this establishment.

Ordered boneless wings and half of them were overcooked and the manager was extremely rude. Nobody back there is paying attention to what the hell they are doing. The only person in here with a brain is the girl working the register and she was super nice. Everyone else was either rude or completely clueless...Edit: So it's been about a week now since I reached out to Wingstop corporate. The only thing I got was a cookie cutter email telling me I got a $5 digital gift card to use on my next visit.And this email wasn't even directly from Wingstop it was from the company that handles the gift card. So I sent another message to Wingstop corporate and I haven't heard a single peep.I was originally just going to chalk this up as a bad location so just don't ever come back to this location. But since that's how the corporate office is going to treat me as well I'm never going to any Wingstop ever again.In fact I live right across the street from an ATL Wings and I've seen their prices they aren't too bad so I think I'll start going there from now on.

Sadie the store manager was extremely rude and almost worthless as an employee. There was 5-6 people standing talking not working asked for corporates number and was not given it also asked for the store number and no one had a clue…this place is trash and should be closed DONT TELL ME MY FOOD IS READY WHEN ITS NOT!!!

Called twice to place an order and no one answered the phone. Placed the order when we arrived and it took 55 minutes to get 24 wings. In the time I was there 2 other customers showed up and were upset as their order also took long and one had a DoorDash order that told them it was ready for pick up. Next time I got hungry kids I will avoid ordering from here as one of my kids fell asleep hungry due to the almost hour wait
