Been having issues for a long time now about my giftcard that i got for Christmas. I've been here 2 times and every single time they tell me there's nothing they can do and then I have to pay out of pocket. Would never come back here and the coffee isn't even that good.

I became a coffee snob after having worked in it for a long time and I eventually just stopped getting coffee out due to price and wild inconsistencies in drink quality and build.However, I came across Ziggi's and it has quickly become my coffee stop when I don't make my own. I've been going for several months at this point and have never received a drink that didn't taste good. They're also fast and friendly. I would prefer Ziggi's over any of the other mega chains.

I would recommend this place for gluten-free food. Excellent gluten-free desserts and a gluten-free breakfast sandwich. The chai tea was OK but surprisingly this coffee shop is a perfect stop for gluten-free customers.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free food!

I love me some Ziggi's! Great quality coffee and drive through service! Always greeted with a smile and they have the best spicy sausage/chorizo breakfast sandwich! I'm a member of their rewards system and, their prices are reasonable for the amount they give you. They have so many flavorful options. If you're looking for sugar free options, this is your place! I do wish they had of the sugarfree flavors all on display, so I don't have to ask every time I want to switch it up. But if you haven't given their coffee a try, I recommend you do. And you can get as creative as you'd like with your order, and they most likely have your flavor. They have a place to sit outside but this place is mostly for on the go in and out ambiance. Which I love, it doesn't take away from the quality of service.

Can’t believe I’ve been missing out on Ziggi’s this entire time! Had the candy cane crunch latte today and it’s the best I’ve ever had!
This place is my sweet spot - a regular haunt for me & my trusty pooch, Bob Dog. The friendliness here is faboo & the service is quick, too. And I do love how they've (mostly) memorized my drink order - The Z' zone is clean & welcoming, plus, they've even got a water bowl for our furry friends. They've nailed a good blend of efficiency & charm! Thank you to the Z Crew!

The cold brews are my favorite! I like to order the Gold Rush with Oat Milk for flavor reasons (it usually comes with half n half I like the flavor of oatmilk), usually when I order this it isn't an issue. I've become a regular...until today.There is one employee there who tells me I can't order it that way. She is nice about it but I can tell it really bothers her because when I get to the window I get a big lecture.I understand she's explained it to me more than once and I know that's frustrating but I've already established that it's not for dairy reasons. And I NEVER complain about my drink. I'm ALWAYS nice. Like why are you so upset by the way I order my coffee?I did put no dairy on my app order ONE time but that's cause there wasn't room in the notes for a longer explanation.I will no longer be going here cause of this employee. I'm not calling out names but they will know who I'm talking about.It stresses me out having to order there now. Everyone else knew what I meant and they don't get so visibly bothered as her. So now that I'm a regular I'm not "allowed" to order that way?I hope you school other customers the same you do me when they order a gold rush with Oat Milk. I cannot say enough amazing things about Stephanie! Wow what an amazing personality and truly made getting this drink the best part of my day, as the cup says. The drink was delicious and I can't wait to go back!

I just needed a cup of coffee. Was in the area so walked up to this drive thru and was greeted and served. All happened quickly while I know they were taking other orders via drive thru. Next time I'll check your menu as it looks like interesting food and drinks.

Love this location. I live very close and this has become a regular stop for me in the mornings and even sometimes in the afternoon. The owner and staff are all so friendly and I enjoy the quick little chats we get to have. I look forward to seeing them and getting myself a cold brew or energy infusion depending on the time of day I go.
