Completely missed my drink, gave everyone their drinks who ordered after me, one person proceeded to go on break before anyone realized my order was sitting there, they made it in about 2 minutes and didn’t apologize or take accountability for forgetting it. Plan for a half hour wait if you decide to go here.

This is the worst Starbucks ever. I waited 30 minutes for a regular coffee. Get a new team!!!
A 45-minute wait for two lattes is beyond ridiculous. The coffees were made well, but the baristas need to show some urgency or simply stop taking orders until they can catch up. They were slow on our first visit, but even worse the next day. Management needs to figure out what the problem is and fix it.

Not good customer service unfortunately. When you take an order, give the customer full attention. People do not like repeating themselves over and over. I'm not trying to offend anyone. But this location is 100% not running how it should be. It was genuinely the worst starbucks I have ever been to & longest wait time.
