My new favorite place! The food was so good! The atmosphere! I’m sure it’s crazier during the summer but it was nice and quiet!Parking: You do have to pay $7 to enter Lake Pleasant Park. There is free parking at the restaurant. There is steps or a tram down to the pier

Had an awesome lunch. The staff was so accommodating and allowing us to bring our 2 labs onto the patio. Water dishes and extra water was already at or table. The food and service was excellent but the staff was amazing!!! We forgot a phone at our table and one of the staff ran after us to return it!! Can’t thank you enough!!! A wonderful end to our snowbird vacation! Again thanks for the awesome experience!!!!

This review is really about the experience. The food was fine, but the service was brutal.I'm in town visiting family and we all wanted to enjoy a nice meal together. There was a group of us, 16 to be exact. A mix of kids and adults. Instead of us all enjoying a meal together, we got to watch each other eat while we waited for our food to be delivered. The first round showed up, then 15 minutes later, the second round, and then another 15 minutes, the final round of food. Several of the adults were waiting to eat until we all were served, but that took way too long, so we told them to eat. The first people who were served finished their food by the time the 2nd group received their food, and by the time the 3rd group received their food, everyone else was already done. Not great when you have 5 kids with you under the age of 10 and only half get served initially.It's one thing if the kitchen can't handle a group of 16, but that didn't seem to be the case. Plenty of tables around us were receiving food in between our servings. There was never a mention from the server or host about an issue with a group our size eating together. Never an apology from the server about the delays. Frankly, the server hardly even checked in us.I discussed the issue with the manager, and while he did apologize, that was all he offered. No offer to comp or discount the bill.If you're a group, do not go to this place, or you'll get to enjoy watching half your group eat while you wait 20 min for your food to be ready.For the price point, this service was awful.

We came at a busy time on a beautiful day late Feb, but it was worth the wait for an outside table. Food, service and atmosphere was great. Can't wait to return and try something else. Fish tacos were delicious!

A nice change from my previous visits to Scorpion Bay Grill, which were disappointing in terms of customer service. I was never coming back after the last visit, but family from out of town wanted to go.This visit was great. The service was great and the food was delicious. Bravo!

Amazing spot in the marina! Soy allergy and gluten friendly!! Try the wings with the homemade barbecue sauce (baked to ensure they are GF) with their soy free Ranch! Amy provided amazing service and the views are beautiful. Loved the VIBE!

This was our first time here. Service was outstanding. Food was excellent. Portions were substantial! You can take stairs down to the lake but if you can’t handle them there is a lift that you can hop in that will take you down to the lake.

Such a fun hidden gem! There's no sign on the road for this place, and I would have never expected to find a restaurant inside a regional park. I guess it's really mainly for the locals! The only reason we knew of its existence was because we ran across some people on a hiking trail and they mentioned they had heard some wild donkeys in the distance while eating at the restaurant. To get there, head to Scorpion Bay and park anywhere up there. Find the path down. There's a long steep staircase, or you can take this fun ski lift/elevator sort of thing. Keep walking all the way down the pier.Once at the restaurant, customer service was great! We wanted a table outside in the sun, and they didn't have any except for a little area that was considered more of a lounge and wasn't supposed to have table service, but they basically gave us table service anyway.All the food on everyone's table looked great, and the same was true of the food that we ourselves ordered. We got a quesadilla, which was one of the cheaper things on the menu for $14, and it was stuffed with different flavors and we were really happy with that purchase! We also got the $21 fish and chips. Good, but not as much food as I would have thought for the high price. But just the customer service and the environment was a really nice experience. Our kids enjoyed the ducks that were walking around right outside the patio area.
