Today we met another couple at First Watch, and it was one of the nicest restaurant experiences we have ever had. A week ago, I searched for a restaurant in Oro Valley since both of us would be driving for one hour. We hit the jackpot! Our waitress, Tracy, wins "Waitress of the Year!" She could not have been better. My husband absolutely loved his veggie burger, which was served on parmesan crusted sourdough bread. I had Hawaiian French Toast. It was incredible!! The other couple loved their meals too. We can't wait to meet there again!!

I used to love this place. I can’t stand going here now. It’s overpacked with tables so badly you can barely walk through to the restroom (it doesn’t even seem safe). It’s REALLY loud because there are too many people packed in one room. The food quality has gone down immensely the previous time we had been, having hoped this was a fluke, we went again since it’s been a couple years. The coffee was watered down really badly. They use a text system for their waiting but that only works if they ACTUALLY put it in right. Leaving you skipped and sitting in the heat for almost 45 minutes for what should have been a 15 minute wait. It’s gone downhill and we walked out before ordering. I refuse to give a business like this my money. I wanted a nice meal to celebrate an occasion with my partner and there was no way this experience would have been enjoyed by either one of us. We could barely hear one another across the table. The coffee was terrible. They had no window covers adjusted so the sun was glaring in the room, putting patrons directly in the sun (the lady at the table behind me legitimately put her sunglasses on inside. That’s just ridiculous.). Do better.
Good food and customer service! But most importantly to me was that it was very accessible to my grandma who is in a wheelchair. We frequently go to eat in Oro Valley and this was by far the easiest for us to navigate.Wheelchair accessibility: See review

Surprising - I was pleasantly happy with the overall vibe, the business, and the menu that included so many options. They even have a communal table that seats 6 people if you don't want to wait for your own table. How few restaurants even think of this? Starbucks, to their credit, does, however I cannot think of any full-on restaurant that does. I sat down instantly and met the two diners who were already sitting there. Community! Outstanding First Watch!
