Im sad to be changing my original 5 star review. We have been loyal customers for over 15 years and the past 3 visits havent been great. The food has stopped tasting consistent, there are now mostly teenagers who dont have any customer service skills and the worst news witnessed unsanitary processes (no gloves, making pizza dough then going to register to handle money then going right back to touching dough, wiping hands on clothes, touching thier face or hair and going back to handling food, etc) why mamas pizza why? I cant unsee it and sadly will now have to find a new pizza spot. Please start teaching your employees the saftey of handling food so you prevent getting your customers sick!

The pizza from Mama's is always delicious and the ambiance is so fun. We stopped here on a Friday evening and they seemed to be short staffed. We waited longer than usual but didn't mind because everyone working was friendly and kind despite being so busy. We'll definitely return to Mama's in the future.

Great food, friendly service. Yes there's always a wait, but if you call in your order before you show up the pizza will be fresh and ready for you.

There is nothing like Mama’s Pizza, and the quality has been consistently excellent since I was a kid. Now my son rides his bike here with his friends to grab a slice. The interior decor has been impeccably preserved and is like stepping into another era, especially with the booths circling the fountain and the classic arcade games. I hope it never changes and will be happy to pay a premium to support this local family joint. I recommend requesting your pizza to be cooked well-done to get that extra crisp.

Came in for a quick pizza to take to the guys at a job site. We loved it. Didn't stay in long but the restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly and food was good.

I always have to go to Mamas when I'm here from Chicago, but this last time, the pizza tasted like it made in a hurry. Barely any sauce, tasted like cheese and sausage and bread. But that's the first time in the few years that's ever happened since I have been ordering, maybe just a whoopsie! Would def go back!!

Pizza was terrible. Not sure if it was an off night. Ordered pizza to go. Got home and ended up throwing it away. Dough had absolutely no flavor. Barely any toppings. Just overall a terrible evening.

Ordered 4 pizzas and some garlic twists. Spent over $100. It was the worst pizzas we have had in forever. Usually do not eat here because of the price but we were thinking of how good their pizzas used to be and decided to splurge. The pizzas had almost NO sauce or cheese and were sprinkled with very tiny amounts of sausage and pepperoni. Tasted like cardboard. Will NEVER go back.

Overall good experience, pizza was good, service was ok. Our waiter was nice, but just very inattentive to what was going on. It was our first time ever being here and the waiter wasn’t very helpful, I ended up rushing to ordering a family pizza with pepperonis and mushrooms, a salad and some zucchini. I was thrown back by the $80+ price, the. I seen the price of the family pizza on a menu left on our table. I’m not complaining about the price, the pizza was HUGE, I was just very uninformed, Which is partly my fault. After a wait the waiter came out and spoke with my kids because they somehow didn’t know what topping were on my order, I had stepped out so the kids just told him pepperoni, so that’s all we got on our pizza, again partially on me! Salad came out, was your typical Cesar, zucchini was good, then that massive pizza came out, flavor was really good, I wasn’t crazy for the excess of flour left under the crust, but it was terrible, just more than I’m used to. Over the experience was good, I’d like to return and try a more original pizza with a few more people. Or even just order by the slice.

Starting to decline. Was told over 1 hour for our pizza on a Tuesday and they had no mushrooms or wings. The fried mushrooms are awesome, when they have them. The pizza slices are still awesome.

Mama's has been a decades long family favorite. It has been a special place for family get togethers. However, the last three visits have been a great disappointment. The service is not as pleasant as it used to be, and the orders sometimes are made wrong. The wait has always been long, but that goes with a very busy kitchen, but in the last few months it has been even longer than ever. When we had one bad experience, we thought it to be a bad day, but now with three in a row, we are sadly taking this place off our go-to list. Hopefully they can turn this place around and get it back to what it used to be.
