“We have been coming here frequently for almost two years. The food is good and generous portions. The service is good. And usually it's quiet and we can have a good conversation as well. However this evening (1/12/23) there was a live band at the business next door and all I could hear was the thumping bass. It was very distracting and it was hard for my husband to hear me (he has a hearing loss). I will be coming back but I will check the business next door to see about the live music first. “Stopped here just because we were hungry and saw it from the road. What a wonderful surprise!!! Great service, our waiter was phenomenal. The table side salsa person was delightful and oh by the way … the salsa and guacamole were delicious!!!! I had the best Pezole ever!!!! Let’s not talk about the prickly pear margarita….. it is beyond words. Am recommending Guadalajara’s to EVERYONE. Thank you for great food, great service and great atmosphere!“

“I have booked the wrong Flemmings location and had a business party for 6, was almost freaking out to what to tell to the guests. It was clearly a full house day. The hostess Amber was so kind and helpful to accommodate us at the patio that is lovely BTW: it had a beautiful mountain view and heating. “We had a good dinner here. The food is delicious. Unfortunately our waiter Chris S made us feel like we were a bother and it ruined what would have been a wonderful experience. He was rude and rushed us through dinner. There were many tables empty and we couldn’t figure out why he wanted to turn the table. Probably some of the worst service we’ve ever had.“

“First time trying this place with my family. In the same complex right next to another good place Tuk Tuk. Have not had Peruvian food but clearly some Spanish influences. They have a great mix of both seafood and meat dishes. Had dishes ranging from the ceviche to the lomo saltado. All the dishes were very delicious and felt authentic. When on da Saturday afternoons and sat inside. All of the staff were friendly and our waiter was welcoming and nice and helpful. On the night we went they had live music playing outside which was nice to listen to as well. When you sit inside you can really smell the cooking of the food and it's all delicious! “Let me tell y'all. I was wrong when I came into this restaurant today thinking it was just another Mexican restaurant. My parents are regulars here and it was my first time. They treated us like family. Servers was so respectful and vigilant. When I tell y'all, that food was SO GOOD, I mean it PASSIONATELY. I had the surf n' turf. BY FAR, best steak I've EVER had. I believe the gentleman cooking is the owner and you can tell he puts ALL the love in his food. He even came out and made me more shrimp cuz he said it looked like I didn't get enough. “I hadn't been here in several years, so this was a treat. We were the first ones to arrive for lunch that day and had our choice of tables. Our server was friendly and answered all our questions. As time progressed, it got pretty busy. Our server was the only one for the entire dining area, she was also the hostess, the cashier, and found out she'd also helped in the kitchen cooking! She apologized for not giving us better service, but we all thought she did a fantastic job in spite of how super busy she was. I chose a cup of French onion soup and it came loaded with lots of onions and delicious cheese melted on top. I rarely order a wedge salad because I don't like to pay so much for a piece of iceberg lettuce with a few toppings, but this one sounded so good and was more reasonably priced, so I tried it. First of all, it was a HUGE wedge. And it was loaded with lots of dressing, blue cheese crumbles, tomatoes, and bacon bits. It was delicious and I was pleased with my selections. I'll have to remember to go there again before so much time passes! I've heard their half-price burgers on Sundays are yummy, so that might be our next visit.“

“Definitely worth the food! Seafood is great, specially their battered shrimp tacos. It's too bad it's difficult to get this quality at a brick and mortar restaurant. Staff is very friendly. Despite it being a 'food truck' it is well protected so you don't worry about the heavy traffic and dust from wind getting in your food. Will definitely continue eating here.“

“I come here for the Wednesday/Thursday fish taco special. Only $10 bucks for 3 tacos and a side of rice. The fish in the tacos are large and makes for a very satisfying bite. I always ask for every coleslaw and limes and it hits the spot every time. So far, these have been my favorite fish tacos in Tucson. Definitely give the fish tacos a try, especially when it's on special!“
