So sad...great young people trying to do their job. Sign indicated a price but was not ringing up correctly. I was already late, which is on me, but the total was much higher and I asked why? Manager came out from back and explained the sign was wrong??? Ok, what now? He did nothing to fix situation, and I was so late! I just left with part of order. Very disappointing

Was charged for 2 subs when I only bought one came back to ask for a refund and the MANAGER kept saying she couldn't do anything because SHE wasn't there even with a valid receipt! I find this very rude even after I had tipped money to everyone while I was there. Thanks for robbing my money and TOP SHELF customer service wow....

I made an online order through the app and when I went to pick up the order, not only was the worker there named Jennifer extremely rude from the start but they made my order wrong. I had ordered a footlong with many toppings, and what I got was a 6" plain sub. Worst experience ever and now I'm hungry.

Jennifer messed up on the order, gave the wrong bread, added nothing I asked for. The bread is crushed. When I tried to talk to her to either get a refund or it remade, she told me no and that I was at fault. Very unprofessional but i suppose what can you expect when your career peak is at Subway ??♀️

Super friendly staff. We take our son on Wednesdays for early release from school days to help teach him how to order food on his own. He's short and talks quiet and they're very patient and we love it! Tomorrow's Wednesday, see you guys then!
This is a Subway, like a lot of other Subways. I've been here a few times and for some reason there's always a glitch - last time they charged me for 2 meals when we only had sandwiches - so I prefer going to the Subway on La Canada in Oro Valley even though this one is closer.

This is my first time stepping into this establishment, and I'd have to say it was extremely clean and well kept. All of the options behind the counter look fresh. The kind young gentleman working there definitely know what they're doing. Kendric and Noah were their names I believe. I just had to thank them for their amazing service! The sandwiches I ordered were great. Glad to see a local establishment finding great employees to work for them, especially after this pandemic!

Went in for lunch a couple days ago and was greeted by a young woman with red hair, what a great employee, she helped me and gave me good recommendations, made my sandwich fast and was so kind and friendly. Very clean store and she went out of her way and asked me if I needed help to my car with my food and drinks. Will be returning again. Very impressed with how kind these employees are
