This is one of my favorite places to go. They have great steak, and if you're in the mood for a burger they make one of the best in town. The staff at the bar are wonderful Derek and Crystal are the best.

I'm new to Peppercorn steak but thought it was very good paired with the gravy. We will be back again to try other menu items. Quality you would expect of a nice steakhouse.

Had a very nice time, blackened chicken was dry and over teriyaki-ed , steaks weren't wow. Mushrooms were delish, the most memorable part were the garlic potatoes. Dining room was nice and cozy, staff were friendly and a bit dismissive and not personable. All in all nice place just not my

The food, the service and ambience were perfect! The Keg is our favorite restaurant for special occasions and it never disappoints. We had a fabulous time chatting with our waiter and manager. Our party had a wonderful time! Also, we received 2 free drinks for 2 birthdays and The Keg's kindness was greatly appreciated.

Great food, service and ambience. Was a nice touch that the manger came and wished my wife a happy birthday. He also asked how our meal was. It was also nice to find a good restaurant that was quiet enough to hear the person across from you talking in a normal to low volume voice.
Unless you are seated near one of the fireplaces, there are some areas of the restaurant that are very cold. We, and other dinners had to keep our heavy jackets on to enjoy our meals. At one point, it was warmer outside than inside. We did not complain, but nor did anyone ask us (or others) about the temperature and noticed the heavy jackets.

Shrimp cocktail appetizer should have at least a few more piece. Only gave us 5. Prime rib very very fatty. Should have only had paid for. 10 oz not an 18 oz piece of meat. The amount we paid for the amount of food was not good. Service was great though.

We were on vacation celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and had a 7:15pm dinner reservation. Our server told us at 7:30pm that prime rib was 86'd from the menu and this was the only reason we had selected The Keg. Needless to say we were extremely disappointed and left. We only ordered beverages and a piece of chocolate cake to go. There were zero attempts made at service recovery. I thought at the least, we would have been invited back with a guarantee of being able to order prime rib. My husband and I have worked in hospitality for over 30 years, comping a piece of cake for our anniversary would have been an appreciated gesture.

Dinner for 5 starting at 6:30 pm. Mostly a good experience; however, our waitress was not very attentive. After the entree was served, we ordered a bottle of wine. She never returned. Another server picking up plates asked if we needed anything, and we mentioned the issue of no wine. We said cancel the bottle, and asked for just a glass. He tried to cover our server's MIA. Our server finally showed up and did apologize.

We have been to the Keg many times, but it has been a while since we have. We were celebrating a birthday for a leap year one. We ordered a bottle of wine, and the server brought it, but no ice bucket to keep it cold. The food was fine as always, but in the past, they always brought a little treat for the birthday guest. They did nothing this time. Quite frankly, I feel the quality of service has gone downhill. I don't think we will be coming back in the furture.
