Elements at Sanctuary has always been an outstanding dining experience . We have dined here for many holidays and have always had the most amazing service and food. Mother's Day 2024 - was an entirely different experience. The restaurant appeared to be drastically overcommitted with reservations and understaffed . We waited :20 for our table past reservation time , somewhat understandable ... it's a holiday . We were seated at A lovely table , but after 15 minutes and no one was aware we had been seated , we had to flag someone over to let them know we did not have a server . The waiter who did come to our table was very friendly and helpful and apologetic . We ordered our food right away afraid of how long it could take . The food was brought to the table by someone else that was so hurried they were just dropping plates off quickly and aggressively and it was not a Sanctuary dining experience . It felt like we were at a diner ... very strange . Food was ok ... usually it's outstanding . For the price and level of resort and restaurant reputation unfortunately it was disappointing for Mothers Day Brunch .

Bad brunch experience for Mother's Day. Food orders were incorrect. Food arrived cold. Server was inexperienced and new nothing about the menu. We waited a long time to be seated. They didn't even know how to refill water glasses. There are obvious staffing issues at this restaurant.

Arrived for Mother's Day...Bar service was great. Brunch (food was average) service was extremely poor. We had to get a manager to handle our check, and then even he was late. Not worth the money.

The Sanctuary is beautiful & perfect for special occasions. I usually have decent service when visiting Elements but this time was less than great. I had made indoor reservations & we were sat outside. They attempted to seat us directly in the sun when shaded tables were available. The request for the shaded table was accommodated, but it was so hot the granite literally burned our arms. We waited for about 10 minutes without being offered water and even longer for the drinks we ordered. My first course was delivered but not my mom's so we patiently waited until the server finally noticed. I ordered another glass of wine before my entree was delivered and it didn't arrive until the dessert arrived, second course food was great. We both ordered the lemon blueberry cheesecake, which was delicious, although mine was served with the cotton candy topping (as noted on the menu) but my mom's was missing it. This definitely was not the experience I was hoping for on Mother's Day. The team lacked care and detail and when you have so many options, I personally wouldn't book this location again for a holiday.

Our waiter Shawn, was simply amazing. For two years running we have come here for my partner's birthday and Shawn has shown exemplary customer service each time. He took complete care of us and made sure that nothing stood in between us and having a good night.

We specifically asked for a table in the main dining area and was put into a back room. Not the same back there - I didn't want to make a fuss but won't sit there again if we return. Appetizer portions and sides were very small and the pork loin special was overcooked. Trout was mediocre but the scallops and sea bass were very good. The service was slow but we were celebrating an anniversary so we didn't complain. Best part of the experience was the fabulous complimentary dessert provided for the anniversary.

Overall great experience. We brought family here who were visiting from out of town and they loved it. We requested the patio at sunset and it was a beautiful evening with great food. Service was amazing as well!

Had outdoor seating with amazing view! Smoked Chicken Cobb salad was vey flavorful with that smoky taste. The a la carte Chilean Sea Bass was absolutely delicious!!Very light with crispy top and melts in your mouth. Our waiter, Billy, nailed my birthday dessert request for my friend! Positive atmosphere and staff. I have waited 5 years to dine here and the evening went beyond my expectations!! My friend ordered the trout and it came out as described- which is more like a salmon filet. Also, a special shout-out to Abigail (who was working the pool during the day)! She also helped to get the birthday dessert request to the wait staff without spoiling the surprise for my friend!

Extremely slow service. . Waited for 1 hr. & 10 min. For food. Waiter rarely checked back on us. He didn't explain that the broccoli was so spicy & that the Ahi would be so raw. He did provide us some extra wine, which was kind but it was so late we didn't drink much.

They were super busy and it took food longer to arrive . The table we sat at had AC vent blowing hard and cold. Our food got cold very quick. The sea bad was very good , the chicken item average , mussels were great the nudi was ok the sauce it was in was excellent. We were looking forward to a special evening. The cold and slow deflated us

Special occasion for graduation dinner. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding and the views were great. We enjoyed the Sea Bass, the Scallops and the 8oz Filet. Everything was cooked to perfection and pleasantly presented. The lemon desert was a hit. We would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great restaurant with a great setting for a special occasion or just a great night out. The only downside is a little pricey.

We eat out... a lot. We eat steak... a lot. The filet I had was probably the best I've ever eaten! We ordered shrimp cocktail, the bread service, filet, I believe a New York strip, mashed potatoes, baby beet salad, asparagus and the collared greens. Everything was AMAZING! Our server, Ron, was thorough, friendly, warm and engaging. We'll definitely be coming back regularly and will ask for Ron specifically!! Also, we brought our 5 year old with us. He ordered the kid's cheeseburger and crudite. Both were excellent and he claims the cheeseburger was the best in the world. Nice ambiance, BEAUTIFUL sunset... perfect all around!

The service was spectacularly bad. It was 25 minutes before we were greeted at the table. We finally ordered a drink, which came 20 minutes later. Our dining experience was 2 hours and we saw our waiter 3 times. The food was good, however.

Excellent, service, drinks and food. Drinks were outstanding! Steaks were done to perfection, sides were delicious and anniversary treat at the end of the meal was a nice touch. However, oysters were a little small considering the price. Views were incredible! Waiter was top notch. Overall - very pricey, but generally well worth it.

John was an excellent very professional server. Mark the chef honored our request through Open Table and made us chocolate soufles for our anniversary. John greeted us with a glass of champagne
