Not sure if this is still called Coffee Ern's since there was a banner outside announcing a different name as of 2023. We stopped by while traveling along the Colorado River. They make solid classic diner food in a classic diner environment. A worthwhile stop.
If you like old style dinners you'll love this place. It's clean, has a good menu, fast, friendly service and the very best homemade steak fries! Absolutely cooked to perfection. I had the Roadrunner sandwich which is slice roast beef with cheese, tomato and green chiles on grilled sourdough. My husband ordered the patty melt which he said was was fantastic. The service was wonderful. This will be our lunch spot whenever we are back in the Parker area. Just wonderful all the way...read full review
