The good - Looks nice from the outside - Server was very courteous - Large XX beer for $8 The bad - Only one type of salsa which tasted like straight tomatoes - Only (1) server running around for 6 tables with no help clearing tables or getting drinks. - Food was more American than Mexican - Not an ounce of spiciness to be found in that place! The Ugly - Ordered a Burrito from the lunch menu and it looked like a rolled taquito in a flour tortilla - Pico de gallo had no pico and no flavor - The rice was bland at best - American blend cheese on the beans Summary I will never visit this restaurant again and recommend they work on their burrito rolling/wrapping skills.

The place looked nice but it was different once inside. Service was slow and not concerned about our presence. We had been in the desert and were hungry. Food was not very good. Hot sauce not real. Not a very good experience for two hungry people looking for food. Should have gone across the street for a burrito. Fifty bucks not spent well in Parker!

Came in to Maya's Restaurant for dinner and it a great experience. It was not crowded and the service was excellent and quick "Dani" was this evenings server. Thank you so much for your service.

For me personally I just felt it was nothing special. Fajitas and rice seemed salty for my taste. Wife's chicken enchiladas were fairly average and not something to make and any lasting impression. The kid thought the ceviche was lacking taste and flavor as well. Even though it wasn't for us doesn't mean you won't like it though. Waitress was nice and checked on us a few times. Inside the tables and booths could use some TLC.

Waitress walked up asked how many people, then walked away and kept doing her thing. Just looked at us. Ignored us but kept looking at us. Left and went to get treated better at scrape. Nice

Waitress was pushing around a cart that had a baby a nd bassinet on it . I have never seen anything like that. Food wasn’t bad and not real good either.. ask for refill on salsa and chips all we got was salsa. My wife has dementia and will only eat a few fork fulls. Ask if we could order of the kids menu for her. It was a flat no and nothing else said. We eat out a fair amount and every resturant we have visited always let us order off the kids menu for her.. I would think having a baby on a serving cart would be against health standard. We will never go back there again
Accommodated my being a vegetarian. Waitstaff was very nice. Salsas were different but very good.

I should've known better than to eat here after finding out they don't have Horchata as I always tell my clients that real Mexican restaurants offer Horchata, but we were tired from driving so we settled. I ordered a Chile Verde burrito and it was terrible! I guess their interpretation of Chile Verde is to add a few slices of canned jalapeños in the mix. After a couple of bites all I got was sour cream in each bite so I cut it up and that's mainly what it was! If I wanted a sour cream burrito, I would have asked for one. The few pieces of pork that I was actually able to take out was absolutely flavorless. My husband ordered a Carne Asada Burrito and his too lacked flavor. We looked for some salt and pepper and none of the tables had any! Server never came around to refill our drinks and we had to chase her down for our check. I also had to use the restroom, but my husband showed a picture of the men's room and I didn't want to guess what the lady's room looked like. I will definitely be warning all my clients traveling to/through Parker to avoid this place!
