First off the service has always been good. The waitresses are always very kind and very attentive. Unfortunately the food... especially for the price....is mediocre at best. This was the 4th time we have eaten here and every single time they are out of several items. The menu on their website is completely different than what you get at the restaurant....the dine in options seem to change each time we go yet the website menu remains the same. We have been wanting to try the smoked meats since they opened but everytime we have dined in they have none. Not even a grilled chicken or steak option and the name itself says it's a grill. The only thing we have ever gotten "grilled" was the burger. I will give props to the pizzas and sandwiches...they are delicious! I will absolutely go back for those! Maybe update the website if the smoked meats are no longer an option? Or if there are no grilled meat options as well.

We love this place. Pete, the owner, spoke with us and told us about the different foods he’s trying, etc. we had the Reuben pizza and it was divine. He threw a twist and put coleslaw and pickles on top after it baked. Wow! My new favorite pizza! We love the atmosphere, the service, and especially the food! Also, dog friendly on the nice covered deck!

We drove from Grand Canyon Village in hopes to fulfill a severe craving for quality food - in particular some wood fire pizza and burgers. Let me say, it really hit the spot. We each got a different type of burger that was cooked just right. I had to send it back, and they were very appreciative.The staff is wonderful, Sebastian went above and beyond for us. Overall, service was great, they were attentive and continued to check on us. Also, the bathrooms were very clean. It made the hour drive worth it!Highly recommend to those driving through!
Mustang grill is awesome, but I see you have another comment on this one item. Your food and service are fantastic! Your wings are smoked so well and the pizza is incredible. But the other review I saw on your lighting is correct. The lighting you have is blue light /white daylight way too bright (like medical room). We almost had to leave because it hurt our eyes so bad. However, that is an easy fix with warm or soft light please! We absolutely want to come back because of your amazing food and service but can't until this lighting is fixed. Thank you!!!Update!! What an absolutely awesome business. Their food is absolutely delicious. All of their staff is so nice. And their bartender is awesome! We are so impressed they even read our review, let alone changed the lighting!! Thank you so much Mustang River Grill. We will be bringing all of our family and friends here!!

We had a great dinner and drinks here on a Friday night. Service and food were awesome. Pizza is really good. Loved the smoked wings and pretzel.One thing I think they need to address is the awful lighting. It's all "cool" temp and feels like your in a hospital. Really not inviting. Should change it all to warm bulbs.

Sad to say but we had a terrible experience. After waiting a long time without our appetizer coming we finally got Four French Onions Soups and they were all cold. They returned to the kitchen and microwaved. After mentioning we hadn’t got out appetizer yet they brought it out hot pretzel with quest, the quest was cold.Pizza so, so. Two Ceaser’s Salads and they were all wilted. Returned those too. They took 25% off a couple items and that was it. We will never be back.Four very disappointed customers especially after driving from Doney Park.
