Wayyyyyy too long of a wait for one coffee and two hot chocolates. Not even joking when I say 30 minutes. And then the girl at the window got sassy when my husband went up to remind them of our order. First world problems I understand, but still not what we expected when going to a drive thru coffee place.

Glad for the convenience of the drive-thru.I love the cups they use for the kids cocoa and the design of the hot coffee cups is really sturdy, plus I think the drinks are cheaper than another national brand that starts with an "S", while not skimping on quality.Kid-friendliness: The kids hot cocoa is not too hot and comes in a nice, reusable, plastic cup

We always have the most pleasant interactions when we go to Dutch Bros. Everyone that works there is awesome and makes the entire experience worthwhile.Did I mention they have the best coffee drinks I have ever had. Been going to DB for a long time and I was blown away by the professionalism of Ashley B. She helped me figure out how to get my perfect drink and then printed out the receipt so I could easily order it in the future. Kudos to Ashley B and she deserves a raise. Thank you.

I waited for over 20 minutes for my drinks- did not get them due to the person Saying it was "cleared" from the screen and needed to be remade? So then I repeated my ordered, it STILL came out wrong. I asked for an ice medium coffee and explained it 3 times since the girl taking the order kept asking me "hot or iced" and I asked iced 3 times. The people behind me go their orders before me and then I got mine and it was still wrong. The people working here don't pay attention and clearly don't listen.
