The latter was a year ago. Since then we have experienced long waits, attitude, missing items, hate to take their own coupons and any other reason that will make you stop shopping there. Theres 2 of us and its $40 plus 2 to 3 times a week or more. We are in a smaller town and limited with fast food etc. and we will not go back. This delivery and attitude must be a company thing. If Dave only knew.(10 times better than our old one in Peoria Arizona)

Just had the pretzel baconator. It was given to me within 2 minutes of my ordering it. Cost with tax exceeded $11. The burger was dry and obviously had been cooked prior to my ordering it. $11 for this hamburger is ridiculous. The bacon is so thin it is nearly transparent. Nothing is worse when you want a good juicy burger and it comes out dry and has been under the lights for a period of time. Guaranteed this is my last burger from Wendy's!! I don't know if this was just a bad time for me or whether this is normal but for $11, I'll go to a restaurant and sit down to a much better lunch. Shame on Wendy's for serving per cooked and dried out food!!!!
