Let me start by saying Barro's Pizza is one of our favorite places to get pizza. However, during my family's most recent visit here, the service was so atrocious that we will probably never come back. We ordered pizza by the slice, which should have been pretty quick to get. It took way too long to get the pizza and to top it off, they brought it to the wrong table. After I asked about it, they took it from the wrong table and brought it to ours after they had already taken it to the wrong table. I believe that's cross-contamination and should not have been done. Next, my son found hair in his pizza so we took it back to have it remade. They seemed irritated that we brought it to their attention and did not apologize. We waited 20+ more minutes to have it remade and asked twice about it. We kept being told it would be a couple more minutes. We were so unhappy about the lack of concern and the lackadaisical nature of how they addressed the issue that we just decided to leave without getting our pizza.

Who doesn't like pizza right? Well, there's pizza and then there's Barro's Pizza!!! Wow!! what a difference!! I just ate at Barro's for the first time and I'd heard good things but I was just amazed at how delicious and tasty these pizza's are at Barro's!! I went for lunch with some friends and was hoping they would like it too. Well guess what? This is our new BEST lunch place!! The location is great and the staff and atmosphere was outstanding!! They also have awesome salads and cheese ravioli with the freshest sauce and also at great prices!! Did I mention the crust? I love my pizza with a crust that's not too hard but just perfectly made so each bite I take is beyond delicious!!! The staff also made us all feel like family and they were very courteous and didn't rush us at all!!! I've found my new FAV lunch spot!!! Come check it out and I know you'll be impressed too!!!

I have ordered from this resturant/location about a dizen times, never again.Ordered delivery, order was placed on the ground in unrecognizable location so delivery was not completed.Called barro's who told me there is nothing they could do. 30 dollars down the drain and apathetic employees includung on duty manager.

I've been to this location a couple of times since we moved here & tonight was a last minute choice to stop here on our way home & waited for our order.. Im sitting there & happen to look over into the kitchen & see an employee cutting up bread sticks, putting them into the box & a few pieces fell outside the box. I seen that employee & another one pick the pieces up & toss them into the box. Sadly it was my food. The one employee that touched my food was the same guy that was just at the front registers taking care of customers orders, pickups & money & didn't wash his hands at all. Refund was given & I definitely won't be back.

Ordered from door dash because they make you do that for delivery now. Couldn’t find the option to order sides or ranch. Placed the order and then called Barros so I can have them put it in my order. They told me they could not do that under no circumstances. So I drove there myself to get my extra three sides of ranch. Crying because I had a bad day already with a loved one who is dying of cancer. Crying asking for the sides of ranch the manager took my card. It wasn’t the $3 dollars that got me but the absolute lack of empathy I thought the family owned company would have for a loyal customer. We love barros so much and I am so sad to say we won’t be back.

This location messed our order up. After waiting 20 minutes they came out to tell us and offered a free ranch to accommodate. This is the second day in a row. Yesterday we went to a different barros location where they told us they could not find our order and we would need to wait for it to be made they were 5 mins away from closing time and were rushing to get out. This is not the level of customer service expected.
