I went here cause I had a card from a charity school fundraiser for 50% off after I ordered they informed me that they don’t accept the cards even though their name is on it for that location. very upset and won’t ever be back. If I could I’d give them zero stars.

Good ice cream but showed up at 9pm and they close at 10pm. The dark brown hair girl seemed very annoyed as we walked in. Other worker seemed newer but was very nice. The chairs also were all stacked and put up like we weren’t allowed to sit inside. This is rude and annoying to feel like you are inconveniencing workers when they still have an hour to go. It’s not like I walked in 5 mins before closing. Baskin is expensive and this makes me rather go through a drive thru to get ice cream.

This place is a jewel in the Four Corners. My son and I were going there when he "earned" it. Nancy (owner) noticed that we came often, learned our names, and made a big production when he earned a trip to the store. He actually would ask about Ms. Nancy and wanted to have a good day so he could go and say Hi! Then there was a Door Dash order we screwed up at 9 pm, but Amelia was so helpful and so nice when we were trying to get it right. She didn't have to. She could have said, "you screwed up and that's on you", but she didn't. I can't say enough about this location. They treat you like you're family and it's got that "small-town charm" where they don't think about you as a number. And the place is immaculate. So it's simultaneously nice and clean.

I ordered my daughter’s birthday cake here like I’ve done almost every year. This time I did a custom cake for her with a photo of her and her dog she wanted. When I placed the order, the photo looked weird so I called just to be safe and make sure it came through okay. The girl I spoke with was very sweet and told me she would call her manager and call me back. She confirmed the picture didn’t look right and gave me an email to send a new photo to. I sent it and asked her to please confirm her manager got the email with the updated photo. She called me back about 10 minutes later and said “yes he has the new photo. You are all set! He will use that one”. I had my husband pick up the cake on the way to the party since it was a large ice cream cake and wouldn’t fit in our freezer. We opened the cake at the party and they had used the old photo that didn’t upload right. It was literally my daughter’s TEETH and a blown up face of my dog. She was humiliated and cried. I called the manager to tell him what happened and ask for a refund. He tried to say he never got the new photo to which I said I knew was wrong because his employee called me and confirmed that he did. He then told me to bring it back and he would make a new one. I told him I couldn’t because we were literally at my daughters birthday. He told me if I didn’t bring it back he wouldn’t do anything at all. I told him I can’t tell my daughter she can’t have a birthday cake at her own party! He actually screamed at me on the phone and finally said he would credit half and hung up. He never did and I am currently trying to work with my bank for help. The girls there are great but this manager is horrible. No one in their right mind would have printed that photo thinking it was okay or correct. It looked terrible. I tried to cover her teeth the best I could with candles and she basically had a cake of her dogs face. Don’t do any custom orders here.

The cake looks a mess. The white and red are mixed. It's simple valentine cake it should not look messing with red in the white. The front girl said their boss made it and she is interesting. Not worth $40. If this was a Birthday cake I would be

This 5-star review goes to the employee only. Management gets a 1-star!The employee's name is Ella. This young girl worked HARD all by herself last night and I was surprised that she didn't have someone else to help her. She had a line of customers waiting to buy ice cream. I was waiting for someone to come out from the back, but when I asked her if she had help, she said she was by herself. 1-star goes to management. Had I been the owner, I would have made sure there are at least two people scheduled to close for their safety. I would instill a policy that if one of the employees doesn't show up, that the other employee, in this case, ELLA, should be able to call someone to let them know that the other person didn't or couldn't show up. I would also make sure that there is a person that is "on-call", meaning if they get called to come help out, that they drop what they are doing and come help. I should have taken a photo. I hope that she got help and someone came to at least help her close so she didn't have to lock up by herself so late at night.Ella should get a raise or a bonus for working by herself!

We stopped by to get ice cream last night. The line was to the door, with 3 teenage girls working. They were hustling! They had fabulous customer service and made us delicious sundaes. Will go again due to the great customer service!

Ordered a custom cake for my 14 year-old only to cut into it the day of the birthday party and find out that it was the wrong flavored ice cream. I've called the location for two days straight and no answer. Manager is supposed to call and still haven't heard a word. Absolutely terrible service and even worse follow up.

We absolutely loved our experience at this location! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. Their knowledge and friendliness made us feel right at home. And oh my goodness, the turtle pie! It was a mouthwatering delight that left us craving for more. Highly recommended!
