During my recent visit to Biscuits Restaurant, I was looking forward to a hearty breakfast but was met with a series of letdowns. I ordered their classic biscuit and gravy, accompanied by two eggs over medium and a side of bacon.Unfortunately, the eggs did not live up to expectations. One had a broken yolk, and both were undercooked, with one egg white being so clear and runny it was practically inedible. The bacon swung to the opposite extreme, being so overcooked it teetered on the brink of burnt.This wasn’t my first encounter with inconsistency at Biscuits Restaurant. A previous visit to their Westgate location resulted in being served biscuit and gravy that was no warmer than room temperature.Given these experiences, it’s puzzling why Biscuits Restaurant enjoys popularity. It’s clear that there’s a disconnect between their reputation and the quality of food served. I had hoped that giving another location a chance would yield a better outcome, but it seems the issues are systemic.In conclusion, Biscuits Restaurant needs to address these inconsistencies to ensure that all customers can enjoy what should be a delightful and satisfying meal, especially at these prices.
