When you walk in, and 1 of the servers is sitting on the counter eating, that's not clean. That is messed up. I almost walked out. Managers need to reign in their servers and show them cleanliness.

I was standing at the counter for a few minutes. An employee In a black collared shirt was filling the ice machine, made eye contact, no greeting. Another employee was standing behind the counter on a headset with her back to the registers, no acknowledgement of any customers either.I would love to review the food, but it seems they don't want to sell any.Self order kiosks cannot come soon enough.

Headset is broken in the drive-thru can't hear them. Pull up to somebody new no training completely wrong order food was cold even the ice was melted in the soda ridiculous.

The service was horrible, they got my ordered wrong on the drive thru , I have to drive back 15 min. To return it , Christopher I guess is the shift manager, told me that I can't return my food to get it right without the recipe even after i explain him that i don't want anything free i just want my order to be done right, the food was in the back untouched. This kids really need to learn some customer service.If anyone from corporate is reading this please contact me , this location is going to crash if you guys don't teach this kids well .

Absolutely livid. I bought a chicken sandwich meal and not only was it burnt it was cold! When i called to speak to a manager when i got home NO ONE answered no matter how many times i called. Never eating here
