Kids that work here are unpleasant and rude. Service is terrible. The inconsistency is frustrating and lack of care for keeping the front line clean and stocked is alarming .I wouldn't recommend this place. Go somewhere else. Save yourself time and frustration

Terrible service. This is not the first time we get an incomplete order or very small portions. My bowl was not even half way full. I tried to contact costumer service, and the chat feature and phone automated system are terrible.The only response was: we‘ll share your feedback with the restaurant’s management team”. It’s unacceptable that this location keeps serving incomplete portions and charging full price and not even offering to issue a reimbursement.

The place is filthy. No clean tables. Not one. We ate in the car. It was so dirty I could not order anything. Only my husband ate.

It was so pretty inside!! I absolutely devoured all of my food as seen in the picture. The staff were really friendly and patient too! Thanks Chipotle!☆Vegetarian options: There's no vegetarian menu, but you can order something with only vegetables.

The food is fresh most of the time. I have an allergy so I ask for plane white Rice, the young lady helping me wasn't thrilled about this. She rolled her eyes and was pretty annoyed. I like steak and the portions could be bigger, I always ask for double. Even paying for it, she didn't give me much. It was a rough visit, but it's not like this most of the time. Parking lot is small, not enough parking spaces.

It is with a sad heart that I can no longer support chipotle. You food is fresh and fantastic, however it is no longer worth the money. Your children’s meal portions at adult prices is a business decision I can not support.

Arrived 2 hours before close on Sunday 2/4/24. There were signs saying there was no guac and that the soda machine was broken. No big deal. First this noticed is we were the only people in line and the food prep area was a disaster. Giving the benefit of a doubt maybe there was a rush before us but the dining area was empty. There was no salad at the first station so we first confirmed that there was salad due to diet restrictions. After placing the first 3 orders in our family then came the salad order which the reply was there is no salad. Only after explaining that is why we first confirmed there is salad did another employee jump in and they found some salad. The rest of the staff was un pleasant the entire facility was in poor cleanliness and condition. This is our 2nd poor experience with two different Chipotles in the last 2 days. What was once a clean customer service focused business has slipped away into mediocre fast food. I hope they can train their staff and boost culture and regain what was once a favorite of ours.
