Currently this location is understaffed on a regular basis. The workers are visibly overwhelmed and do not have enough assistance when waves come in. I hope management connects the dots on reviews and mistakes caused by understaffing/overwhelmed workers. We had to reduce coming here for this reason.

Never ever order online from this store, after getting experienced with this order I checked reviews and seen people shared same concern. I had many online orders with different chipotle stores never had such experience, the quantity was too less compared to I ever got from anywhere else, very disappointing!!!!

If I could give this chipotle zero stars I would! I’m done with ordering food for pick up only to get home and the order is incorrect with missing ingredients and the portion size is next to nothing. Save your self & go somewhere else!!!!
My wife ordered food online through their website. I went to pick it up, and it wasn't there. The staff didn't apologize, and they had to re-make it. The employee told me someone must have stolen the food. I'm never returning here.

I ordered a burrito bowl through their website around 6:50 p.m. The confirmation stated my order will be ready by 7:10 p.m. My husband went there at 7:30 p.m. and my item was not there. They asked my spouse for the confirmation email, and he provided it to them. The staff said someone must have stolen my order and they are currently remaking it. I was not issued anything for the lack of my food order missing and waiting an ample amount of time. Their pick up system needs to be fixed because this is the second time my order has been missing.

This is hands down the WORST chipotle. I’ve been a few times hoping each time will get better only to leave without food because they are out of rice and beans and told it will take 10 minutes for the beans and 20 for the rice — HOW do you not have rice and beans available during the lunch hour when you literally serve food that have rice and beans as the “main” ingredient? Asked to talk to a manager and an employee walks in the back to get him and he comes out and says, as he’s shaking his head, “it’s like a party back there” only to have the manager come out laughing and tells me that yes it does take 20 minutes for rice and actually could sometimes take up to an hour. Here’s an idea, stop chitchatting and get the food made so PAYING costumers can eat. Thanks.

Never wanted to go to this Chipotle location in happy valley and lakepleasant because their employees have the worst discussing personality, very disrespectful to customers, they act like they are giving out some free food, I try not to go here anymore..

Over the years this specific location has lost its touch. The service from these new teens is down right shameful. I can’t even express the disappointment I feel when I go in this one now. I don’t feel welcome, my bowls/burritos are under filled, the counter is always a mess, the online orders are atrociously slow, and I’m just not happy when I eat the food anymore. The new Vistancia location feels like old chipotle, so I guess that’ll be my new spot. Don’t recommend this one, especially for dinner time. The high schoolers that come here after school should take a note in finding the right customer service. Disappointing.
