Culver's always the bestI've been to this location a few times. My experiences so far have been great. The restaurant is always clean and welcoming. The staff are always friendly and hospitable. The food taste and looks great. The prices are fair and quality of the food is solid. When you drive thru place an order it never fails they give you a sticker for you side mirror and tell you to pull forward I've only been here a few times I find that odd maybe so the drive thru doesn't look backed up to discourage people from coming there. We ordered 2 sundaes and were asked to drive forward it only took 8-10 mins, which was fine the their were 3 other cars waiting for their orders. So the girl brought our sundaes out and we drove off I looked over not 1 napkin was given what the hell how hard is that to supply a napkin with ice cream sundaes and for their flipping price too.

I try to give grace for places and people. Maybe it’s an off day etc. However, this location is so hit or miss. Lately it seems to be a miss. I have been disappointed so many times by poor service and sloppy food. Today I ordered a Rueben. It took way too long and it was burnt. It was also missing the sauerkraut and dressing. It’s seems this location is just poorly managed.

This was the worst buger I have ever had. It was so over cooked and toasted. The fries were under cooked. We had to wait in an auto line for 20 minutes. Don’t believe the commercials.

If an owner or a real manager sees this, we need some assistance. You have a manager here who has worked Friday night and is working Saturday afternoon who is not only completely disrespectful to the customers but he has also refused to provide his name when asked so that we can speak to someone above him. He has hung up on us on numerous occasions, after telling us that them forgetting a whole bag containing someone’s dinner was “NOT A BIG DEAL”. We had guests who we were getting dinner for and upon returning home to meet them, we had to leave again because your store forgot a whole bag. This is after we asked if that was everything when they brought our food out to us and they told us yes. The food is the minor problem here. The attitude and refusal to help that we received from this “manager” is unacceptable and has guaranteed we will not be returning to this location. To not only tell us that having to leave our company and return to the store was not a big deal but to also hang up on us when we asked if there was someone else to speak to and refuse to give us his name afterward. That is an incredible show of disrespect towards customers and this location should be ABSOLUTELY ASHAMED of themselves for allowing a manager like this gentleman to call himself a manager.

Burgers and fish were delicious and the people who work there are just the nicest humans! Highly recommended.
We tried Culver's in Surprise, AZ for the first time yesterday and liked it so much we wanted to get it again today! The staff in the Peoria location were just as attentive and friendly.We LOVED the Cheese Curds so we had to get a larger size this time. We split a Butter Burger which was delicious as well. We also tried the Pretzel Bites which were ok, but it was good because it came with cheese we could dip our curds in.

Since the last review, I am changing to excellent. The last 4 times, the food and service has been exceptional. Food hot and delicious.Was so disappointed. Burger was so thin and dry.

Worst job ever, Dakota the manager will scream at teenagers and call them “disappointments” when we got one little thing wrong, praying for anyone who still works there. Had to quit after just a month due to the constant verbal abuse.
