Best customer service HANDS DOWN. We had a family emergency and wanted to send food to out of state relatives. The delivery time was showing later than what we needed. So we called to see if anything could be done.The manager, Jamie, was so kind and patient helping to accommodate the time we needed the delivery. She spoke with the owner right away. The owner took the time and spoke directly with us on the phone and treated us like family.I was blown away by the care and quick decision making by the staff. I wish I lived closer to support the business more - hoping anyone who reads this will RUN, not walk, but RUN to support the amazing people who run this organization.We need more owners, managers and staff just like this ?

We ordered 15pc wings and loaded potato using Uber Eats. The order came quickly, but we were very disappointed with the food. The potato must be cooked the day before and just warmed up? It was starchy and even chewy. For the wings, we ordered Lemon pepper and Original barbecue sause, but all the wings were lemon pepper, which we could put up with, but they were all dried with excessive amount of dry rub. We had to scrape it off the wings because it was extremely salty. We had to throw some away because they were too dry, hard and salty. We usually don't complain about food much and understand that we compromise a bit for delivery food, but we thought the quality of the orders were too poor for the amount we paid.

Good bbq placeThis was my first time here. Overall, it was a good experience. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and hospitable. The food was decent. I had the brisket hoogie sandwich. Order curbside I had to get off. I asked if straws were inside the bag as the bag was staple the guy said he didn't know and did not gave me any. I asked if it had sauce he said he didn't know only gave me 2 sauces for 2 meat 2 orders my drink did not have ice. Order sweet tea it wasn't even sweet. Disappointed.

I Ordered fried okra and the okra was not cooked at all. I ordered baked beans they tasted just like they poured them straight out the can. Beef brisket had no sauce and was dry. The worst $30 I ever spent. DON'T EAT

I’ve been to a handful of Dickey’s in different states, and the quality of food here is the best I’ve found. The meat is EXCELLENT and when I asked for my brisket LEAN, they were able to provide what I desired. Highly recommend.

We orders 7 sandwich combos for pickup. They came with no sauce on them. Dry and no flavor. I asked twice to add extra sauce and not only did they not put extra sauce in the bag, they only gave us 3 containers. For 7 sandwiches. Won't return anytime soon since it's $15 plus tax.

We ordered 3 meat combination plates with brisket, ribs, and chicken. Everything was delicious. We had mashed potatoes, okra, and beans on the side. Everything was delicious.
