Very nice people working there. The food not so much. The brisket sandwich was just ok but the fries were awful. I've tried some of their other sides and none were good. Pretty pricey too. Of course, everything is now.

I've been to this Dickey's location three times now. My experience dining in was fairly good and the food was great. This time, I ordered carry out through the app as I didn't have the time to dine in. I spent about $67 and both the burnt edge brisket and pork were cold and chewy. The Ribs were tender inside but the outside was a bit rough. For $67, I expect to actually have a hot meal but instead I got the equivalent of a Mc Donald's treated meal. I don't know if I will ever come back to this store, but I will never do carry out from the app again.I included a picture of the burnt edge brisket. It's so old and cold it will break my teeth if I bite it.

The food tastes good for the most part but the service is absolutely the worst I've experienced. That and they were out of almost everything even though they didn't close for a couple more hours.

This was my first and absolute last visit. This order for two picnic packs was placed three days ago. Since the online ordering system said the store was open until 9:00 PM, I placed the order to pick up at 8:00 PM. Someone from the store did call me TODAY to tell me they moved my pick up time to 6:30 PM because they would be closing at 7:00 PM, despite the website saying otherwise. Irritating, but whatever.
