Went inside to order and eat and the cashier was wearing a glove on one hand and used the same gloved hand to grab donuts, handle cash and touch the computer screen! That’s germ contamination!! The floor and tables are dirty. They have no one maintaining the guest tables.

The female blonde manager is extremely unprofessional, unpleasant, and just absolutely awful. I placed an online order today for heart donuts for my children’s class party. I received an email stating my order WAS READY. So, I drive there and get in the drive thru, just for her to tell me that they don’t have anymore of those donuts. AFTER, I had already gotten an email notifying me they were ready. I explained to the manager that I was upset, and was expecting cause I needed them for my kids class. And I paid over 70$ for 4 dozen. They had charged me too! The blonde manager said that she was sorry I felt that way. That was her response to my inconvenience! How awful is that? What kind of customer service, let alone a manager speaks that way to their customers? Also, the money won’t be refunded until days later. Absolutely terrible customer service, that manager needs to be let go. She doesn’t deserve to work with people. DONT GO HERE.

The blond manager was passive aggressive and rude. They also smashed my donut and my food was made wrong. I asked for no bacon on my pancake wrap and they put it on and pulled it off I can see where the bacon was on it. Doesn’t care about religion or allergies apparently.

We usually visit here after my kids swim lessons. The staff has always been super friendly and my order is always correct. Even when we dont use the drive-thru we are greated when we walk in and my 4 year old orders her own food.
Sandra the manager was rude as hell .. she shewd me away and told me I can't buy food because it's 15 people in line I was at the dentist office next store waiting for my son to have surgery..however she continues to get loud and smart.. I felt like discrimination big time.. besides there's Flys in there and it's nasty not clean at all..to all black people do not spend money at this restaurant

Came here with my wife to try the coffee here. We've been getting coffee elsewhere but are looking for a less expensive alternative. We tried frozen coffee with white chocolate flavor. I thought it wasn't bad but my wife did not like the hint of coconut flavor. We will try the mocha next time.
