The munchkins were old, dried out, and overpriced. They don't even give you a variety pack anymore. Service was also terrible. The guy working the drive thru didn't say a word to me.. I had to asked what the total was. Even my 3rd old asked, "why isn't he talking". Of you're in the area, just go to Bosa.

My order was taken and I was told to wait for my breakfast sandwich, which had to be prepared. They forgot to check back with me and over 10 minutes passed. When they did return they were surprised to see me and asked if there was a problem. I explained the issue and the sandwich was provided. I spent 20 minutes in the drive-thru.

Donuts are always great so as far as food quality goes, I'd give it 5 starts. Service on the other hand? 1 star. The past 3 times I have been there (both drive thru and online order) they were either not friendly or messed up the order. The workers never look happy, smile, or act like they even care to help you. I understand working in the customer service industry isn't for everyone, but at least FAKE IT. Today, I placed an online order and they put a frosted donut in a bag, placed upside down. All of the frosting came off the donut and is still in the bag. Complete waste of food and just pure idiocy.

The place is run by teenagers usually. I use rewards on dunkin app to get a discount. The drive through says one price, the lady says another at the window, then I end up paying way more than I was told. The place is a dump, at least the food and coffee was decent. They wouldn’t give me a refund. Garbage, stop tipping yourself with my money

This Dunkin is out of donuts no matter what time you show up. I came in 5 minutes after they opened and they had only one kind of donut? How is that even possible. Never had a good experience here between cold coffee, stale donuts or no donuts at all mixed in with the terrible customer service I don’t go here anymore. Check out Bosa Donuts instead!

Went through the drive thru at noon on a Tuesday and they were out of donuts..?? I got a coffee and an iced tea and the tea was so old it had soured, it was so gross. Also ordered a ham and cheese croissant since there were no donuts, which was still ice cold on the bottom but piping hot on top. Inedible. The drive thru worker was friendly enough but wow, you can't do donuts, drinks, OR food right idk what else you got goin on? Won't be returning, really upsetting. Couldn't go back to get my order fixed since I was on the way to work. No wonder they're barely 3 stars.

Ordered a simple breakfast sandwich. After 10 + or - people behind me got their orders and left, I politely asked where’s my order?? They blamed others and where reluctant to refund my money?? I don’t want to get anyone fired but I’m a manager also and I WOULD want to know about this happening under my watch.
Always get orders wrong no matter if they are busy or not. Like today for example I ordered a bagel with cream cheese the guy on the drive thru even asked what kind of cream cheese I wanted. What I got was a bagel with egg and bacon. I don't eat bacon!! This was about 9:45 am so they are only 2 other cars and no customers inside.Is not the 1st time they messed up my order however this is my last time going there. Their staff is a hit and miss you just never know what kind of mood they are.

Only come here because it’s the closest to my house. Other Dunkin’s are way better. Donuts are old and never restock their specialty coffee when they run out. It’s not the employees fault they look sad when the store is ran very poorly.

We went to this location today and all I can say is wow. No staff up front for at least 5 minutes as they were just hanging out in the back. I go to wash my hands in the bathroom and there is no soap. An employee goes in after me and I have to wonder how she washed her hands. Tables were dirty and it was like a ghost town in there so it's not that they were slammed and couldn't get to the front to clean anything. I won't be going back to this location again. It was just too gross.
