We love going to the original location for dinner and this location for lunch. It’s more of a relaxed environment with the options of a sand which or gelato. They also do sell imported meat by the pound and fresh bread when they have extras! I also love that the gelato flavors are always changing so you can always try new ones. I always get the piccante sand which if you like spicy this is the one to try!

Our second time visiting and we loved it! The first time we ordered to go and wished we had dined in. This time we grabbed some friends and enjoyed the no-nonsense atmosphere to sit and visit for dinner and dessert! Even though they were busy, our server was kind, friendly, and outgoing. We ordered the pear salad and a couple of different paninis, and they were great. The bread was incredible, and the spicy salami was amazing. Would never have imagined partnering some of the ingredients in the way they do but it was so flavorful and in huge quantity. I was also impressed with the bright, clean environment and the freshness of the food. A sit on the patio is perfect in the evenings, but you miss a bit of the great smells from inside. Go for the bread, stay for the gelato!

I got the caprese salad and a pear salad. The tomato was gross. It was old and had no flavor, light drizzle of balsamic. No basil. The pear on the salad wasn't ripe yet and there was barely any dressing on it. Small salad. Both were $10 each, but worth maybe $4. Disappointed.

Gross. Can’t believe that’s what I am writing but that’s how I felt after I ate half of my sandwich. Gooey, gummy, no distinctive taste. Way too much $$ for a panini, even if it had been good. Go back and start over on this idea, Fabio. Or stick to your other - very good - restaurant.

I've tried the panini and now a dessert, 100% disappointing for both. I find it hard to believe all these 5 star reviews are real. I suggest you all try it and the. Post your true review... there's no way you'll not agree.

Ok. The food I think is pretty good. It's hard to say because my panini was cold by the time they got my wife's out and hers was burnt. Crumbled when she tried to take a bite. This place is slow, slow, slow. The service is so bad. And the real annoying thing is they don't seem to care. When I finally got my wife's order, it was burnt. I said something and the girl just stared at me. Didn't send it back, they were just too slow for regular orders, I figured a messed up order would have completely confused them. Not going back to this place. Way too many other places that have good service in the area.

Fresh food, great options. We love ordering for a quick dinner and don't forget the amazing gelato! Absolute best!

First time in. It's been awhile since I've tasted something so authentic. I was sold after the first bite. Tried the Donna Di Cuori - could taste all of the flavors and I was happy there was more arugula than the meat. I'll be back to try other flavors of sandwiches and the gelato.

The food here was great and the meat to cheese ratio was perfect I would give this place 6 stars if I could

Wow! This place is amazing. We stopped in for lunch and gelato, then decided to stop back in for dinner and dessert in the same day. Everything was delicious and service exceeded our expectations.

I was excited to try out Fabio’s. I loved Italy and was told this was pretty authentic. Met up with a friend, her first visit here as well. Ordering takes place at the counter, then given a number and they bring it to you.. We decided to order half paninis. the menus have descriptions in Italian first, thank goodness it was all in English as well. I ordered a half bellísimo, while my friend ordered half Toscano (each were $10). We could have purchased chips on the side, but chose not to. There are bottled drinks in a refrigerated case for purchase, including a specialty Italian carbonated orange. There was limited staff and we waited a bit for our food. Our sandwiches came, and honestly looked a little boring. But I was sure it was going to be delicious. But the bread was not as soft as paninis I ate in Italy, it was a harder crust (maybe a bit over toasted for my liking). And while the sandwich seemed to have a fair share of fixings, I struggled finding it flavorful. I looked for the flavor of parmigian, or garlic, or even the olive oil. I could taste the (purple) potato. And the ham and mozzarella were fine. Unsolicited, my friend commented similar about her Tuscany panini.I bumped into an old friend while eating lunch, who has eaten here numerous times and she loves the paninis, so I’m hoping today was just off. They had a special for the day, not on the menu. It was pizza and I saw someone with it - looked so good (wished I had ordered that). There was a constant stream of people, so that says something. We decided to try the gelato, and for gelato made in America, it was pretty good. I got the coconut, friend got the pistachio. Creamy and flavorful! The place is super cute, as if walking into an Italian cafe, on the streets of Florence… loved the ambience!

Like many others mention, very small portions of meat on our sandwiches! $7 to add a slice of cheese on a $16 sandwich with hardly any meat? Our nine yr old daughter even joked how tiny her scoop of Gelato was. Disappointing to say the least. Waste of $.

Absolutely love their gelato! The cashier was also so friendly and kind, especially with the line of people waiting to purchase. Definitely want to try a panini next time I'm in.
