The crew working yesterday around 3-4pm might need training? About 20$ for a combo, and my food was overcooked & missing seasoning, and majority of the soda syrups where out. My sisters order was missing Lettuce and Tomatoe ( she ordered a BLT, yea so she had a bun w bacon in it )... i dont go to 5guys often because they are so expensive, so it's a huge disappointment for the rare time I do go that its seems ran by teens who could care less. I fr could've gon to chilies spent the same money and would've had a waitor actually interested in my needs (probably cause they wants a tip, but aye any reason to pay attention is a reason)

I ordered the fries ‘extra. Crispy’ which I have done at other locations. I was rudely informed ‘we are not allowed to do that. Hence the star rating.

Never had an issue here before. Hadn't had Five Guys for a while and was craving it. Wish I didn't have that craving at all. The outside of the burger was crunchy, and the inside was chewy. For a $12 burger to be that bad is ridiculous. Think it was the worst burger I have had. This review is late, I stopped for the burger last Friday. Now, I guess one more restaurant is off my eating list.

I'm a fan. The large fries are enough to fill 2 adults and a toddler. The burgers are cooked well and delicious. Service is great and friendly.

They took the order wrong and when we called the lady apologized but didn’t seem sincere. All that was ordered was 2 regular burgers, nothing special was added nor taken out. I wonder how someone’s able to mess something so simple up. If for some reason you get something from this location and your order’s wrong, i’d say don’t even bother calling, terrible customer service overall. I say take your money elsewhere

Wow... I love Dairy Queen burgers. So I went to 5 Guys just to compare. Got the cheesburger with lettuce pickle, tomato, onion, mayo and ketchup. I've heard too many people say you have to top the burger correctly. I'm sorry but I am stunned by the price of the toppings then. $15 for a burger and a sack of greasy fries. The burger has zero taste... no seasoning at all. And the grease! Is there a difference between a juicy burger and a greasy one? The fries are horrible. I can see why they give you a sack full because they are terrible and they fell guilty for their prices. I'm still sick today from that and I threw most of it out including what feels like a pound of fries. One restaurant that I will never return to. Culver's and DQ will take care of my burger cravings from now on.

i had an amazing experience at this 5 guys. employee taking my order was very helpful and professional. i didn’t wait long to receive the food, and it was by far the best fast food burger i’ve had. the fries are great too, 8.5/10. was a little pricey but 100% worth it.
