Awesome store! I get everything I need in one place.

I like this place. The strawberries are always fresh, There are more options when it comes to international ingredients, and the food looks amazing. The sushi Chefs and staff around that area are always so kind, the Starbucks staff are super sweet, and Only one time I got a super kind staff at the checkout register. Other than that, most staff here are rude in my opinion. I understand bagging your own groceries because most staff are gone the last 2-3 hours before closing, but at least put the groceries at the end so I can reach them lol I had to get behind the register and stand next to you to get the groceries while you were busy talking to your buddies who clocked out. Cool, I still like this store but there is room for improvement with some staff for sure.

So went in on Labor day to grab some alcohol for the lake got to checkout and the lady working the checkout would not accept the AZ Mobile ID app even though its still a government issued ID and is supposed to be accepted state wide. I have my alcohol handlers license and you're supposed to accept this form of ID since it is through a government app... she took all the alcohol out of our bags and refused service to all 4 of us who were well over 21... super annoying but luckily the circle k right across from them accepted my ID and were happy to take my money! Hope they realize this "policy" is ridiculous and change it ASAP.

This store is now officially a waste! No professional management, they do NOT care about customers and most employees are miserable and unhappy. Find me a happy Frys employee and they'll be sitting in Corporate doing, lets see, NOTHING! If a store is managed like this, they'll soon be gone because people will not shop there. I am getting my refund on the bones and guts they sold me in the boneless, skinless chicken category and I'll not shop there again. I thought it was illegal to make people work in conditions where they can't even take a bathroom break! This Frys needs to be reported to the Dept of Labor and shut down.

Ordered online for pickup. Every thing was correct. Produce perfect. Would definitely shop here again.

Majority of the employees here are imbeciles. I only come here when my children want to attend a zoo.

I love this Fry's I come here sporadically just for a change. Very spacious and clean. I like to come an hour or two before closing as it is very quiet. They have a nice large produce section. I appreciate the healthier products they offer which once was in its own section, but now is sectioned off throughout the store where similar products are located. I like to browse the plant and patio area upfront before walking into the store to see if anything speaks to me. They have a nice gas station here as well just down the way. A great location to go when throwing a party for sure!

This is only for the pharmacy. If I could give less than a star i would. I had an appointment to get a vaccine done. Got an email confirming date and time. I show up and they tell me they don't have the vaccine. Told me to try back in 5 hours lol. The older Caucasian lady was rude about it too. Acting like it was my fault.

One of the easier traps the egg heads in Corporate America fall into is believing their own press. They like to believe one size fits all, that what works in Cincinnati works in Phoenix. Sometimes it does. Most of the time it doesn't. Kroger, who owns Frys' has done a remarkable job of leaving this Phoenix homegrown Grocer alone (for the most part). Competitive and not into price gouging. Great selection and the Marketplaces, which this is, truly are outstanding shopping experiences. If I wasn't as cheap and driven to always get the best deal, I'd shop here exclusively. Produce is fantastic, great prices and high quality. Liquor is reasonably priced and the wine selection is well put together. The bakery is good, not great. I think Safeway/Albertsons does a great job with having likely the best Grocery story bakery in the valley. However, I love that Fry's carries Chompies bagels and breads! Love the covered parking, gas is an easy get on the way home, and this location has become a solid anchor for this corner of the world. So note to those Cincy Boys in the Kroger HQ, stay with the light touch and keep counting your nickels.

This review is specifically for the pharmacy. If you intend to use their automated service to call in & refill a prescription, DON'T! It'll give you a time/date that is totally out of sync with reality. When you wait in line to pick it up they tell you a different time & date several days later. "Oh well the automated system doesn't know what our inventory is" is the response. Uh, why are they using it then? Very poor service.

I'm in town for the holidays and the stores are packed and they have check out aisles closed and the Lines are super long customer service reps are overworked. Management needs to look at having enough cashier reps to serve the checkout lanes because people are becoming a impatient and the cashiers is have to then deal with difficult people which should not be happening during the holidays. In addition to that the Starbucks which had no line took twice as long as normal to get my coffee because the barista's we're having discussions and filling out paperwork instead of serving the clients.

This grocery store was amazing the first four years then certain KEY people quit that worked there since opening which created mass exodus with same quality staff. Corporate needs to look at the store Mgr for the true reason of high turn over...root cause. J__y
