I get off work at 7:30 and have my wife and kids meet me there and when ordering are subs we have to keep repeating ourselves and when we get done with the lettuce they just start packaging our subs and skip the whole next step with the rest of the toppings and when we tell them that we’re not finished, they rolled their eyes with an attitude The bread is super flat and not cut evenly meat is super thin and when you ask him for extra mayonnaise, they rolled their eyes with an attitude and then they mix the subs up with the toppings and try to say that it’s your fault very very rude customer service

Service was spectacular and food was very good. I love the soft bread!
Was a little disappointed with my sandwich overall. Seemed like the bread was underbaked. It practically became a pancake just looking at it which made for a hard to eat sub. You’d lift it up and the bread too would just flop over and drop all the toppings.Chocolate chip cookies were great though, would recommend those.

Big dude behind the counter.... Cuts my bread and it was thinner than hot dog bun, I politely asked if he can redo the bread, he proceeds to throw a fit and throws the bread like the first inning pitch onto another counter in rage, it was so pathetic it was laughable and I was left speechless before he became more unhinged, the food is great but the service is below 1 star. The place was FILTHY on top of the disgusting hostility. I will literally TRAVEL to another location to avoid this roach nest.

Ordered 100 sandwiches for my baby shower over the phone. Was a super easy & quick process. The person on the phone was super nice and accommodating. They called the morning of to confirm everything and had everything done in a timely manner ready for pick up. I ordered 5 trays with 20 subs on each tray, each tray comes with its own dressings and condiments. Perfect for our event.
