This is about the young, tall and larger female host at the front with darker hair, evenings. (Yes, her. The other regular hosts are pretty short in comparison, I frequented )This was a Friday evening when we came to our decision as a company as well.She is the sole-reason, as a large-event coordinator, we will never suggest my clients Grimaldi's anymore who fly-in to Glendale Municipal Airport. Despite the food being excellent and receiving incentives from the clients in agreement, her attitude and one-word answers towards others was absolutely disrespectful and shouldn't even be tolerated in the food industry, let-alone, any.Yes, I am using a throw-away 'gmail' account because, I am staying anonymous. This is NOT my real name.I will NOT allow anyone (managers or corporate) to try and rectify the experiences we had that night with her and her only.It was NOT my first time but, it WAS for others.That's what mattered that night.

So weird.. ordered a pizza at 3 for take out. It was going to take an 2 and a half hours for them to cook it. I thought it was a mistake, when I showed up the place was empty and it was confirmed it takes 2 and a half hours to cook a regular pizza. They’ve been open since 11am and didn’t think I was a bad customer ( it’s the only things I can think of). Anyways odd situation aside they did give me my money back. Idk maybe the oven was down hopefully you have a better experience. I wonder what their food tastes like saddens me to say I shall never know. ?

A true favorite always. The Caesar salad is the absolute best, and the service is great. You may have a little bit of a wait during dinner time sometimes, but the wait is worth it.

The food was delicious! The service was fine, not super attentive. We really enjoyed The Don pizza and the Garden Ranch Salad. The salad was missing the croutons, which we didn't notice right away, but once we let the waitress know she got them for us. We got the small salad to share, which is perfect for two people to share. We got the largest pizza so we could have leftovers. The pizza isn't as good leftover because the crust gets a bit chewy, but the flavor is still very good.Parking: There isn't a ton for parking by the restaurant, but there is usually plenty of parking in the movie theater parking lot across the street.

Showed up ready to order a large pizza to try something new. And the incompetent waitress turned me away saying "they were closing soon anyway". Worst customer service I have had here in a long time.
This review is based on the two times I have ordered take out from here. It was an estimated time on an hour to receive one plain pizza and a cheese cake. When I picked up the pizza it was not busy at all I feel like an hour is a stretch for a pizza place that’s not busy. I live 2 minutes away and the pizza was already cold which means it was done before the hour and nobody called to let us know. I’m disappointed because this is the second time this happens.

The pizza was really good but the service was slow. It took a really long time to get our order out to us. The hostesses weren't very friendly either. We'll get it to go in the future.
We have our client events in the patio and everything is amazing. Best Pizza in Arizona hands down!!!
