Ordering online is easy and fast. As for the food, really awesome. The meatball sub is my favorite, but add extra cheese. The breakfast burritos are awesome too, really fresh tortillas, perfectly cooked scrambled eggs and good quality bacon and sausage. I've never received an incorrect order and that says alot in today's day and age. Keep up the great work Heidi's!

I've been wanting to come here for quite a while finally came in today and it's really nice inside, it's clean, the man who waited on me was very personable and informative of the food unfortunately the roast beef was very very dark, as I'd like mine rare, ordered the Philly cheesesteak and I was extremely disappointed, probably the worst sandwich I've ever had, I just consisted of meat provolone cheese and raw red onion, as they were out of green peppers. not a good value for A $12 sandwich.

I went here with my mom and sister the other day. I was here several years ago and I remember it as being just okay, so I thought I'd give it another shot. I got the Reuben sandwich with pastrami. It was just okay, just like I remembered. after I ordered, I watched them as they put the Swiss cheese on the pastrami and then toss it in the microwave. Is that normal? I do t know. I could've done at home and honestly, if I made it home, I probably would've put more meat on it because this was a little lacking. The potato salad was excellent and they said they make it in-house. This was probably the best part of the visit. Service and staff is very friendly and pretty quick. I'm not sure I will come back, it was just okay.

I was so disappointed when I received this philly cheese steak sandwich. I watched him make it,a quarter of the toasted bread had nothing on it. I saw him put three half thin slices of provolone, that was enough cheese for one bite. So disappointed

Happy National Sandwich Day! I have had the tuna salad sandwich and the chicken salad sandwich. Both are phenomenal, top tier sandwiches. The portion size for their sides is far too small but the sandwich is so good it doesn't even matter. Potato salad is rather bland but this place has the best gd coleslaw ever. I'd marry Heidi in a heartbeat.

I remember visiting Az for the first time and my cousin bringing me here;as Chicagoans w access to arguably the best food in the world, Heidi's would be a staple there!!! Their sandwiches are just top notch. Great quality stuff and the staff is friendly.. the pickle, chips and cookie are awesome sides too. I Havnt been there in a while but I literally remembered it rn while searching for something and had to post a review. It's a place I tell everyone to try when they visit Az! The first time I visited, the line was out the door--that should tell you something. I've gotten the tuna and my man has gotten the chicken parm--he too loved it. I gotta say, your bread is delicious!!!

I will say the food was awesome, and then I had to leave because my small dog is not a service dog. I wish the owner had lowered his voice when he approached me and my son and yelled, "Is that a service dog" and it was super embarrassing. Maybe next time I should order ahead.

The place was in need of cleaning. I ordered the Reuben sandwich it came with chips and a soda. The sandwich was ok, it was dry and needed more sauce and sauerkraut other than that it was ok.
One of those days we were out early and wanted a bagel…We pulled up and it was empty at 9:30a?We walked in nice place and ordered 2 bagels but they only had 4 types bagels and of those types they only had one left of the two choices!It was empty and had only been open 1/2 hour..How does a deli only have one bagel left?Frustrated we ordered a veggie sandwich on a plan bagelIt was OK not great but had some type of special sauce which was super spicy just didn’t fit inTo make matters worse the employees seems out out not friendly and no helpMy guess it’s the reason a deli is emptyWanted it to be cool but definitely hard pass on returning

Not only do I personally think they have the BEST sandwhiches around but I had the absolute best experience. I dont know who the man helping us was, maybe hes the owner? Or a worker? But he was the most nicest human I have ever met. I came in with my husband and 2 kids because I had dreamt of a sandwhich from them (due to where we live and the hours theyre open its hard for me to get in but today we were in the area and I NEEDED to stop by) I initially only ordered 2 sandwhiches and he treated my kids with drinks and treats and was so genuine it warmed my heart. Not only did they love the french dip, but my husband did too. He had said He never wanted a french dip again because the last 5 places made him disappointed to ever try again and Heidi's regained his trust in French Dips again! And the club is SO delicious.Thank you again to the man who made our sandwhiches and showed the best customer service I have ever seen. Even if for some reason the food was gross (which WAS NOT) the service alone would make me come back. ❤

This place is delicious!!! So far I've only had the Cajun Turkey sandwich on sourdough, but it is the best sandwich I've had in a long time!! One of the employees named Kevin was nice and helpful as well!! I will definitely be eating at Brooklyn deli again!!!
