The server didn't complete my order. I was missing 2 items that I ordered. Wasn't too happy because I spent over $50 on food and didn't get what I wanted..!! They were too much in a hurry and didn't really pay attention to detail. It wasn't busy when I was there.

I ordered Crispy Jack Wraps and I got spicy jack wraps… I have IBS and spent all night going through tremendous pain due to this incorrect order. I am severely disappointed since they read me my order correctly but gave me something that has now made me sick! Don’t trust this location!

Today was the final straw. Dont think I will ever go to a Jack in the box again. Been to this store several times a week... the wife goes here for coffee and shakes more than that... the avg bill is $27 to 37 ...sometimes a lot more... Claudia is the jewel in this place. The rest... I keep getting over charged... and worse ripped off. I am sick of calling and telling them they didn't add one to three items on every trip.Today... same thing... I'm just done. These idiots want $20 an hour... for what? They cant even put 7 things in a bag.Good bye JITB.You will never steel from me again.

Out of all the fast food restaurants I've been too in the area, I must say that the employees here were just amazing! I wish I would've thought to get their names at the time. They deserve recognition. I was greeted with smiles as I walked in, Not only was their demeanor and overall behavior incredibly kind and genuine.(No automated robotic-esq lines.) I was asking a question about the new Boba Milk Tea and the cashier taking my order brought me a small plastic cup with just enough inside to get a thorough taste. How kind and thoughtful! Who does that? So instead of missing out for fear of not liking it, I ended up ordering two of them because I knew I liked it!! They weren't busy so they actually brought my order to my table. And then offered to take away the trash & tray when I was finished! I felt as though I was at a regular restaurant and not a fast food joint. I came in pretty late but they didn't pressure me to leave. In fact the opposite they told me to take my time and just let them know when I was finished so they could let me out. Again who does that?? Not to mention that the food was really good quality. Usually at most fast food locations it's like a game of craps if the quality is going to be decent or sub-par. The whole place was immaculate. Every table spotless. The bathroom was also very clean. Long review short: I will go out of my way to come here just because of how awesome the employees are and how welcome they made me feel! The Boba Milk Tea is my new favorite treat! I hope the managers understand how great their current employees are. Thanks again for the great ending to my day! Will absolutely recommend this location to others.

this restaurant is one of the cleanest jack in the boxes i’ve ever been to the staff was friendly accommodating and takes pride in their work my shake was made perfectly and food was prepared correctly and fresh thank u to the staff working the 1:30 shift on january 18 th you guys/gals are awesome definitely changed my mind about jack in the box ??
