It was late and a little busy, but the girl at the drive-thru window was very rude. She acted like you were bothering her with being there. Again, it could've been just a busy night, but customer service is still a reflection on the company. If she doesn't like her job, don't put her where the customers have to see her dissatisfaction or don't work here. I came here with a crony and we were the only ones in the dine in area. I had to go to the cashier and say "Hello" multiple times because the workers were hiding in the back doing nothing. When I did get service, I got a Spicy Chicken and two tacos. Without coupons, a Spicy Chicken sandwich would've cost $7.29. Last week everywhere my children and I visited we had the absolute worst service. Ex. My son dropped a ROUND Apple juice at Bosas donuts and the lady just kept glaring at us and didn’t offer a towel just a very angry face so we didn’t even bother eating there but when we came through this line at this Jack in the Box, the lady on the other end was so kind and helped my 7 yr old place the order as he likes to do and was patient with his childlike pronunciations.
