There's a reason why this place is dead. Sky high prices. Tiny, overcooked burgers. Stale, old buns. Cold counter staff who hate their job. Blaring 90's junk music. 2 burgers, fries, drinks for only $26.79. Never again!

Absolutely terrible.customer service is non existent.drive thru was blocked off already when I arrived.i was a n the lot by 9:40,gathered my order from my other parties and walked into the store at 9:50.i wasn't greeted with a hello or any form of pleasantries at all.i was immediately told "were closed"not even a sorry.i advised their sign sign clearly says 10 so I wanted to place an order.i understand it was only 10 minutes to close,but when I get off work at 9:30 and work 15 minutes away I can't help that I show up just 10 minutes before they close.point is I was there well before they were supposed to close and was provided NO SERVICE what so ever.its dissapointing to see such a lack in care and customer service.the younger female with black hair and big glasses needs to learn customer service and how to close at the correct time,she seemed like management,hopefully thats not the case.this is a constant occurrence at this location it's frustrating.handle your crew

They made us leave after we sat in line for 35 minutes once we finally became second in line a employee came out and told us they are closed this was at 930pm and the store does not close until 10pm he stated they are short

Went through the drive through and asked to pull forward, waited 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich and curly fry until I saw multiple people pull through. I eventually went inside to get my food where i was met with extreme hostility and then watched them make my order in front of me and didn't apologize once for anything. I was made to feel like the bad person when I was just waiting for my food

Second time the lady in the drive thru has wasted my time by making me repeat myself a thousand times and still gets the order wrong. I’m all for including hearing impaired but perhaps the drive thru isn’t the best position for her.

Stopped by here on Thanksgiving morning of all days. Was actually a line in the drive Thursday but staff, was pretty quick. Whomever was staff on Thanksgiving were quick, and very cordial. Food was hot, and this was probably the best experience I've ever had at Jack in the box! Job well done on a hectic day ? ?!

Been here frequently. Crews are rude, mumble when asked questions as simple as to clarify my drink. Will not be returning due to crews & food prepared/ packaged just thrown in bag. Love JITB but this location needs personnel training/review.
