Usually when I go there the staff is friendly and I get good service. Today when I walked in and headed to place my order the girl in front of the register was staring out the window while I stood there waiting for her to acknowledge me and take my order. After standing there for 30 seconds she looked at me waiting for me to speak. I got no greeting nor can I take your order. I went in on Tuesday afternoon (11/22) and were immediately greeted by the girls working. It's my first time at Jamba and they recommended an Aloha pineapple that was delicious. They explained the rewards program to me, and helped me sign up so I'll be sure to come back! Great vibes

Just got it delivered and I open the bag to see the bowl is only half full?? I’m giving it a 3 star because it’s good but it’s also melted. I don’t live far, maybe 8 mins tops, so it rlly shouldn’t be melted. Idk, just kinda disappointed. I used to rlly enjoy Jamba so I’m hoping this is just a fluke? Maybe I’ll give the benefit of the doubt but I probably won’t order again in the near future.
