Poor and disappointing experience at this location today. Arrived at the shop and there was a sign on the door that they could only accommodate online orders. Okay, mildly annoying but no problem. I placed an online order, which required me to set up an account: also mildly annoying, but no issue. Then, after placing the order and waiting for a bit, they'd already made one sandwich before telling me they'd run out of the primary ingredients for the second sandwich. At this point, I'd wished I'd just gone somewhere else but it was too late to cancel the order since one sandwich has been made and I'd already spent about 15 minutes ordering and waiting. Finally, the bread tasted stale once we ate the sandwiches. I realize construction happens and supplies run out, but online ordering shouldn't allow you to place an order that's not actually available, and if you don't have the fresh ingredients to make the sandwiches, then the store shouldn't be open. Spending $20+ on two sandwiches, one of which isn't what we wanted, and both with stale bread, isn't what I expect from Jimmy Johns.

I just went in for a sandwich after a day of work and the shift lead or whoever it was had a major attitude. He was yelling at his coworkers, slamming things, throwing things around, yelling about how he didn’t wanna be there late. He greeted me with a tone that implied disgust that I was even there. Didn’t give me time to put in my phone number for rewards and didn’t say anything after I pulled out my card. I honestly have never been more uncomfortable in my life in a fast food place. I almost wanted to say something to him but he seemed unhinged to the point where I wouldn’t get a sensible response. All I know is that if this is the way I’m gonna be greeted walking in, I don’t wanna go here anymore.

Adorkable Pickles

When you ask for an obscene amount of pickles and this is what you get. So disappointing and they are back to spears and not the slices on the sandwiches. More than likely laziness.

The employees constantly are parking in HANDICAP parking spaces in front of a physical therapy clinic!

Don't waste your time here. You order on the app for pickup and then arrive to find out - get this - they ran out of bread. No feedback or warning before you arrive. Not the first time that's happened to me. Not sure how they expect to stay in business. The employees are completely unsympathetic. Not sure why they didn't all just go home.

This place is crazy slow. I walked in and it was empty but they wouldn't even take my order because they were backed up for 30 minutes on online orders. I just wanted to get a sandwich real quick!

I'm going in the middle with 3-stars because service and the actual food are hit or miss. My kids adore their subs so we are frequent customers but you truly just don't know what you're going to get when you receive the order. Something as simple as CUTTING the darn sub in half even seems to be an issue here despite it being printed on a receipt. I don't care how old the employees are... young teens... adults... seniors... lately, that warm-welcome hasn't been happening. Recently, we got home and one of the sandwiches was very wrong... we decided to call. Didn't help the matter when no one answers a phone (yes, during business hours). So, to end... when it's good it's good and when it's bad it's real bad.

Service is awful. They're so rude at this location. Can't even make a simple sandwich. Really need to look at who you've hired and make some changes.

It is hard to find a near parking lot but there are plenty of spaces in the plaza. The entrance is a little Biden in the corner. The service is fast, and the staff are good. The sandwiches are good, the tuna sandwiches I got today was a little dry though, but I "fixed" it with some Mayo at home. The thing I didn't like about this visit is that the guys making the sandwiches we're wearing ear buds hence it was only on one of their ears they guy making mine didn't hear me when I asked for lettuce on my sandwich. He touched his ear Bud ‍ with the same glove . And he said " the tuna sandwich includes lettuce" he was not mean or anything but Do Not touch anything when preparing food. If they are going to use ear buds whatever but do not touch them. Just focus your attention on the customer you will hear specially since one of your ears is open.

I am not sure what's happening at this Jimmy John's. It took longer than usual . When I called whoever answer seem upset. I should be the one that's upset , it has been 40 minutes since the time expected . I got the order and it was poorly made. Plus no pickle $1.99 and No chips $1.99 . Unacceptable. Definitely very unexpected disappointed . Not returning ever .
