I ordered online for pickup. Got there 15 minutes later to be told they still had to cook it. When the chicken was ready they said they only had 3 biscuits instead of 4 but they would give me a cookie if I didn’t want to wait some more. I won’t be back here again.

Terrible all around.Complete cold tacos, a Crunchwrap made of pure tomatoes.Got a 4 piece chicken and was not edible. Dry, clearly made hours before. Barely warm.Staff took at least 5 minutes to acknowledge the 4 different people wanting to order inside. Really disappointing.Don’t come to this location

The other evening I decided to stop by. I was a little undecided on sides but ordered my meal. After I ordered I decided to add a larger mash potato but lily informed me she couldn't add anything to the order. I looked behind me to make sure no one was behind me and asked her if I could add 2 more sides after this order . She said no. At this point I took it as I offended her and asked for her supervisor she said she wasn't there. She told me she was unable to add more item to my order. I said to be clear you are saying I can't spend more money, she said yes.I went to frys and bought some ?.

3rd, and last, time at this location. 6:15 pm, they dont have any regular for a bucket. 25 to 30 minutes, "you should have ordered online with the app. we would have made it for you".....they have never, in 3 trips over 6 months, had what i wanted. ITS FAST FOOD!! franchisee skimping, worried about unsold product. well, maybe if you had stuff ready, people would buy your product! this chain is dead, your going to MAKE me shop onine? i will shop someplace else. just for fun, i tried to order online. pick up time was 55minutes!!!!

Excellent Service.Best Chicken Sandwich combo meal. Better than the others. No more popeye's chicken sandwich for me. KFC Chicken Sandwich is the Best.

Put in a simple order in the drive thru for a famous chicken bowl combo and 2 burritos. When asked about sauce I asked for mild and for the KFC hot sauce. Was told they charge for packets of the KFC hot sauce because the order was not checked finger.... it's an order for checked, whe does it matter if it was a famous bowl with chicken or some other product. It's still an order. This fra chise already charges 50 cents per value item more than the taco bells 3 miles in 3 different directions. It's a cost of doing business. Franchisee needs to explain to Yum Corp why you screw over their customers. Sell the franchise if you are not going to do business like normal TB KFC stores.

Just arrived and cashier was upset about us possibly making a order, he was very underwhelming, once the order was placed, went to the fountain area that was flooded, then food arrives with chicken that seems very old, the cold slaw was spoiled and they explained it was a item they can return. Don't recommend this place, they are very rude and the place is dirty.
They literally always forget something or are out of something. Every. Single. Time. Double check everything. And make sure the chicken they give you isn’t some little bunk piece. I keep coming back because it is the only one near me and my kiddo likes KFC otherwise I would never come here again.

Ok I'm at KFC drive thru. 75 and Thunderbird. I get a 16 piece meal. No mashed potatoes. So you would think no gravy right???Well the d*** girl puts everything in 1 bag. Before I can ask her to put it in 2 bags it spills over... Hot gravy.. all over me.. my steering wheel.. my phone.. my car seat...my door panel. Ohhh but it gets better... I pull around to get my food since dimwit can't grasp to put it in 2 bags. I open my car door.. she looks at me WITH my food in her hand and walks back inside. So NOW I HAVE TO FOLLOW HER INTO THE STORE covered in gravy. So not only am I pissed but im now being humiliated. Manager sees me walk in and bee lines it to the back of the store. How is everyone else doing today? Called corporate was supposed to hear back from the DM and nothinh

The crust was mushy and the chicken was raw. I don't use KFC bit there was no Churchs close by. It all got thrown away because I couldn't take it back until a few days later. Raw chicken is not good!!!

Order a bowl, 3 piece meal, chicken sandwich meal and 3 soft tacos. Ten minutes later someone puts the 3 tacos in a bag on the counter and not the rest of the meal. 5 minutes later I put the tacos back on the counter and said these are getting cold and where was the rest of my order. Nobody knew where it was and must have given it to someone else. Took them another 10 minutes to get the order done and we get home and the $11 3 piece meal was missing a piece of chicken and the coleslaw.I will never visit this place again. Terrible customer service.
