This little coffee shop if far north Peoria's best kept secret! It's tucked away in the strip mall across the street from Culvers. Best coffee, fabulous pasteries and calm atmosphere with plenty of seating. Try it and you will love it- plus cheaper than that other coffee place on every cornor.

I pass by this place every morning dropping the kids off at school, but I finally decided to stop in. It looks like a lot of local "regulars" come here often. The staff were very patient, friendly, and helped explain some of the menu items. The iced coffee was pretty good and so were the pastries. The lady at the counter mentioned they bake all of their pastries fresh, in-house every night/morning. Overall, I thought Lola Coffee was great. Definitely going to try and stop in more often.

I was pleased to see this Lola location nearby while shopping and had to make a detour to check it out. I've been to the downtown location so many times over the years as well as their Glendale location, but had no idea this one was here until i was searching coffee options nearby. While I wanted to love it; it fell a bit short for me in some areas. Let's start with the great things of course. It was easy to find, parking was great even though it was in a pretty busy shared lot with a grocery store and more. I arrived mid morning and they had quite a few people there working on laptops taking advantage of the free Wi-Fi. Some people sounded like they were enjoying some coffee with throwing in work talk. The menu is pretty basic and was easy to go over since it's hung on the wall. There was a person in front of me so it gave me a moment to look over it a bit. Once it was my turn the barista was friendly and patient. As most of you know who read my reviews I enjoy cold brew and Lola doesn't offer cold brew. I'm aware of this and that's totally fine as im also a sucker for your basic iced coffees and more. I don't discriminate when it comes to my caffeine. I ended up with a sf hazelnut iced coffee. It was pretty good. I opted for whole milk and asked for extra hazelnut. It was ok, but I'd of preferred a bit sweeter. The coffee itself had a good flavor. Here's where the negatives started for me. I was starving and assumed (totally on me) that this location would have food like the one downtown, but besides some baked goods they had nothing. I was told the items are delivered from their Glendale location. Hopefully they'll add some breakfast burritos or something soon. The employee working said this shop location has been open about a year. Lastly the vibe was a bit bland for me. There were a couple of tables and chairs outside to enjoy the nice weather, but once inside it's mostly tables (one huge one for large groups or shared work space) as well as some smaller ones and a couch. Nothing on the walls really, small amount of color, but very basic. For me I like a little bit more to look at, but if you're a minimalist this place would be great for you so keep that in mind. The location was clean, not loud but not quiet. Again, a great space for work.Parking: Plenty of parking. Shared with grocery store and other restaurants. Easy in and out.

Pleasant experience visiting here every time! ☺️

$5 for a small coffee then you get the cup half full ??!!! Totally underwhelming experience & felt ripped off by their VERY high prices. We heard this is because they use the funds for some religious cult. Judging by what the baristas were wearing, this makes sense.

The coffee shop is great for enjoying a good cup of your preferred brew. The atmosphere is very open and relaxed. Food options are a limited but not bad.Like to come here to focus on some work or have a good conversation with a friend. The seating options are great and comfortable. This coffee shops is one of my favorites in the valley so far.

I wanted to do a video review for social media but I decided against it because it may sound a little harsh and I didn’t want that result to come up when people look for Lola on those platforms. The place is a little austere which can be less distracting if you are trying to work or study here but as a hangout it’s not as inviting. The coffee was pretty good. My latte was really tasty and the coffee came through perfectly. The milk was very nice and creamy and steamed very well. The drip coffee was a little weak but still tasted decent. The place smelled a lot like kitchen/floor cleaner. It’s great to know that they clean but the smell was a little bit overwhelming.Parking: Great parking because it’s in a major shopping center.

Overall a nice experience—a lovely barista made my drink. But I was disappointed by the quality of my cappuccino, especially considering the shop seems to major on espresso drinks.

I recently visited Lola Coffee and it left a lot to be desired. Firstly, the coffee was sub par and pastry I ordered didn't taste fresh, which were both huge letdowns. Furthermore, the walls of the coffee shop lacked any kind of art or visual interest. The decor was bland and uninviting, which made for a very unappealing ambiance. On top of that, there was no music playing in the background, which made the atmosphere even more dull and lifeless. Overall, my experience at this location was far from enjoyable. I recommend driving 5 minutes further and going to Well Coffee with more to offer in terms of both food and ambiance.

I've only been here once but I'll be back. The dirty chai and chai with coconut milk was delicious. The seating inside would be great for a small baby shower, bible study, or book club meet up.
