I was here with my family on a busy Saturday afternoon and we had the best customer service experience ever in a fast food restaurant. This is a self serve facility and they are using kiosks to take your orders but if you are eating in and Adriene is working she asked us for our receipt and brought our order to the table. She was on top of everything cleaning empty tables, asking us if we wanted refills and made sure we were taken care of. It was the best service I've ever had...read full review
Shameful at the counter for over 2 minutes at least 4 employees looked right at me not ONE ask if I needed anything probably no big deal but you lost a customer tonight this lost customer cost the company around 25 dollars again probably no big deal makes the company probably makes too much money so they wouldn't care about lost revenue keep the outstanding service McDonald's lost customer

I think this is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Service was horrible. I placed my order through the kiosk and waited 15 minutes for a Big Mac with a medium coke and fries. The staff looked like they were moving around but couldn't get orders out, so I am not sure what they were doing. There was an older couple who had been waiting for their food longer than I had.
